Pinch my cheeks, I'm the villainous AI

My name was Finn and I wrote... Stella and the celestial bodies! A wonderful novel I wrote to get girls. That was by far the dumbest thing I've ever thought of. Though that wasn't the whole truth. As that's what I told my friends who read the female oriented novel. Now however... Now I regret every version of the story. With my early death of slipping on a lego and falling off my balcony while live-streaming. So by far, my most embarrassing moment. To my surprise though time stopped just before I hit that ground and I heard a voice. It asked me if I wanted to be saved. Saying yes, I now say I regret my decision. ----- I don't own art obviously and its AI generated

The necessary evil

I waited in the dark to add some tension. The man I was waiting for stepped into the room and flicked the light on. He jumped hen he saw me, but before he had the chance to do anything. The door locked behind him.

I smiled, "Greetings. I should say electric locks are nice, but have obvious flaws."

My words were emphasized by him trying to exit where he came from, but the previously mentioned electric lock, was locked. The man was calm as he turned back to me.

He sighed, "So who are you, why are you here."

I raised an eyebrow. "You may not have seen my face. However you know exactly who I am. After all, I may not be a household name. My name is well known though."

He frowned, "You are the bastard that keeps sending those documents in."

I gave a smile, "Yeah, well. Time is running out and I can't let this drag on any further."

I was came into this world as the first villain of the story. The story wasn't really about the main character anymore. At least that was the conclusion I was coming to. Which meant I could be the villain. I wouldn't end up on the wrong side if I acted out.

I think he saw it in my eyes. A expression of fear over took him for a second. "So you came to threaten me? Sorry to say, but I've done no crimes you can blackmail me with. Now get out of my office!"

I gave a frown, he really was a brave man. I just couldn't understand why he wouldn't follow everyone else. Was it because of safety? Protection of the peace perhaps? "I'm not here to blackmail you. No, those threats. Those aren't the deals I'm offering anymore. Reject my demands again, and I won't be showing up here at your office..."

I made a point of leaning forward and raising my hands like it was something I couldn't control. "It will be your home. Where your wife and kids are. Do you understand what I am saying. After all, I don't have to make a deal with people who are in prison."

He froze, then he spoke. "What makes you think I won't report this?"

I smiled, "because then I still kill your wife and kids, then I'll disappear into a new face."

To make a point I shifted my appearance. My gender shifted and my appearance became similar to that of his wife. A face he should know well, his eyes went wide. The color in his face drained. He stuttered, "Wh-What are you?"

I raised my eyebrow, "What am I? I'm from the old ages. A time forgot, one you don't know."

I got up and the electronic lock clicked. I passed by him, shifting back to my original looks. "You can think what you want about me. However just know, the things I do, they really are for the greater good. Next time, don't make me threaten you."

I left his office and disappeared. I had threaten 16 people just like the man I just left behind. He was the last on my list for today. I would have to visit a few more people, but these 17 people were the key factors in getting the bills and laws I needed to be passed.

For now I made my way to Stella's previous workplace. She was fired from the college, which meant any connection between her and Professor Achilles was ended. Which meant I had to check up on the guy myself.

I stepped into the office of the professor. He was fast asleep at his own desk. He had stayed up late, this was in the story. Stella would find him like this and the whole thing started from that. I was far more interested in the research. The Throne in the story, were stopped when a neutralization device was created to stop their brainwashing abilities.

I had a feeling that wasn't gonna happen here. I knew where the Throne lived, I would solve them permanently if needed. The Professor's portal would be needed. I looked at his notes, they weren't bad and he was on the right track. My database had notes on portals as well. I could create a far better version now with his notes.

I moved to his desk and found the hidden key. It was a overly normal key to the point it was comical. I moved towards a different door. I stuck the key into the lock and entered his lab. The place was a mess of tools.

The dear professor was making the portal in secret. His plans for the portal technology was better than the one in my database since it was based on him making the portal in secret. The materials were cheaper, but highly efficient.

I would build my own portal, but I required something from his lab. Looking through the cupboards I decided he hadn't made extras. I moved to the portal and unbuckled a small latch. Two blue glowing rods were placed inside the small compartment. They were plugged in like batteries.

I grabbed them and stood back up. The two tubes were Mycotic Fluid. A fluid the professor made himself. When he wakes up, I'm sure he will learn that the tubes are missing telling that they were completely filled. Though if he wanted to continue his work he would be silent. With Stella gone from the college. I had no fear that this action may cause a dangerous butterfly effect.

I only needed a little bit of the fluid truth be told. Once I had some, I could fabricate more myself. Once that was done, I would begin work on my next task.

I left the college in silence, before I left I looked to the cameras. Turning them back on.
