Chapter 59 Time To Learn

The three of them enjoyed watching the movie. They laughed hysterically. It was a comedy entitled The Mask. When the movie ended, they talked about school. It was before sunset that James suddenly said, "I gotta go now, Elle. Thank you for the time. Andrew, you take care of her. She so precious just to be hurt." "Don't worry, James. Elle is in good hands." Andrew replied as he patted him on his shoulder. "See you in school, James." Elle said, smiling. "Yes Elle in Math class, we have long quiz. Better study." James reminded her, smiling. "Yes James. You too." James waved at them and he disappeared. Elle fixed the plates and glasses on the tray. Andrew carried it towards the kitchen. "I'll be the one to wash these, Nanny Ann." Elle announced. "That's good Miss Elle that you want to learn. Elle smiled at her and started washing the dishes. Andrew opened the freezer and took the pack of sliced chicken and put it in a basin with water. "Nanny Ann, please tell me as soon as the chicken is tender." Andrew said. He came near Elle and said, "Good job, Babe! You are learning now. You deserve something romantic later," Andrew whispered to her ear. Elle bellowed him and smiled. She put all the dishes in the drainer and faced him as she took a rest. Andrew held her hand and they went upstairs toward the guest room. Andrew locked the door and gave her a kiss on her lips that was tender and long. "Perfect goal my princess, you are starting to learn simple house chores." He looked at her intently. "I wanna learn how to cook too, Babe. Teach me how to do it, okay." Elle said, she hugged him so close and kissed him passionately. She stopped kissing him. Andrew was confused. "What's wrong, why did you stop it?" " It's just that about James." Elle said. She came near the window, watching the surrounding outside. "What's with James, Babe?" Andrew asked as he hugged her from behind. He touched her belly then her breasts as he kissed her neck, her nape. "It's just that, I could sense he's hurt when he knew about us." Elle replied, she just allowed him to be romantic to her in that sense. "And so? What's the problem? Andrew asked, he stopped what he was doing. His mood twisted. "I don't know. It's like we're not same like before, the three of us." Elle shrugged. "Elle, change is constant and one thing we just met him. You don't need to worry." Andrew said calmly. "Dad told me this morning that he doesn't want anyone for me, he doesn't want James for me too. He only wants you." Elle revealed. "I know that Elle. Uncle Jerry told me to always take care of you, to be there for you." Andrew told her. "When he told you?" The first time I fetched you here that morning and the whole week." Andrew replied. "Any problem, Elle?" Andrew added. Elle smiled simply and said, "I am really lucky to have you, Drew. Thank you for always being with me. You are making me spoiled to you everytime." Elle began to laugh. "Because of my love for you, Elle. I am so happy about us now. I am so happy about the arranged marriage in the future. I am so happy being with you all the time." Andrew said. He bent his head and made her feel the love with his passionate kiss. "Let's continue later, Babe. I'm going to cook dinner." Andrew said. He took her hand and they went out of the guest room. As soon as they entered the kitchen, Andrew picked the casserole and put the three cups of white grains in it. He washed it. Elle watched his every move carefully. After washing the grains, he put the casserole in a rice cooker. "That's easy. I can do it tomorrow at dinner time." Elle announced, smiling. "Yes, Babe do it tomorrow." Andrew said, he smiled at her. Then he washed the chickens and the pan. He heated the pan, put an oil then he started to cook the chicken. Elle walked far from him. She did not want to be touched by grease oil. "You're afraid, Babe." Andrew laughed. "Yes of course, Babe!" Elle laughed loudly. "I don't wanna do that." She added. Andrew covered the pan and checked the rice if it was boiling already. He went back to the gas range and checked the chicken. He turned it upside down and covered it again. He heard the click of the rice cooker and he turned it off. "Whoah cooking rice is so easy. I'ma do it tomorrow for dinner." Elle said excitedly. When the fried chicken was ready to serve, Nanny Ann put the plates on the table. She served the rice. Andrew put the fried chickens on a big plate and said, "Time for dinner!" He left some slices of chicken for Nanny Ann and Mr. Sander in the frying pan. Andrew and Elle started eating and Elle said, "You're now ready to build a family, Babe!" "With you of course, Babe." Andrew replied. Elle smiled and they happily ate together.
