My hand suddenly halted in front of my mouth. My mouth opened for the bite. I then lowered the cookie and glanced at Xavier. The expression on my face was clearly speaking, 'What creature is this?'

Ignoring me completely, he decided to focus on his tea. Until, he was stopped too.

A laugh escaped my lips, I then subdued it by clearing my throat. Lord Francis then offered Xavier a plate of cookie. He took one from it. He then asked me to take the cup of tea. Giving him a fake faint smile, I picked up the cup. He then forwarded his cup and asked us to do so. He glanced at each other and did what he was doing.

"I will provide you with the land within 3 days. But I'll be paid as much as I ask." He said.

"I do have knowledge about how much a land would be worth of." Xavier said.

"I will not ask more than the worth. Will just keep my commission." He said.

"Done." Xavier said.
