Chapter 10. Dream

REXTON received a call while he's in the middle of cursing that Devil guy Bree was always with before he left the Philippines. Fucking jealousy was eating his judgment. Kahit sa totoo ay wala naman siyang karapatang magselos.

"Kailan ka na nga uuwi?" bungad ni Chelin na siyang tumawag. Mukhang nabanggit na ni Brian ang pagbalik niya ng Pilipinas.

"Samakalawa. Bakit?"

"Bree called and she told me she's going home, too! I'm excited because it's been ages since the four of us went out."

"What? When?" Pinagtakhan niya iyon.

"Bukas siya uuwi. Mukhang sinukuan nang maging idol."

Hindi niya alam ang isasagot.

"May pasok ako bukas, pero maaga ang uwian samakalawa. Let's have dinner. Sabi ni Brian uuwi rin siya."

"Just who exactly are you excited to see?"

"Ikaw!"

"Siyempre si Bree, saka si Brian. Ano ba namang tanong iyan, Rexton?"

Tumawa lang siya nang nakakaloko, at pagkuwa'y tinanong kung sigurado bang uuwi si Brianna bukas.

"Oo nga sinabi, eh. Iniisip mo bang joke time ito?"

Hindi ulit siya sumagot.

He's certain that he saw her name along with the list of the members of that group that was sent in Dalian's competition last week, a day after her arrival in Korea. That competition would be held for two weeks. He even called to confirm if the participants were complete and they said yes.

Lumapit ito at yumakap sa kaniya, pero kakatwang wala siyang naramdamang kuryente hindi tulad noon na kahit titig pa lamang nito ay bumibilis ang tibok ng kaniyang puso.

His eyes widened when she suddenly claimed his mouth. Napamaang siya at mas lalo nitong sinakop ang kaniyang bibig. When she sucked his tongue, he's taken aback. Nakahuma siya at bigla itong tinulak.

"Why did you kiss me?"

"What do you mean why? Because I miss you!" she sounded as if it was ridiculous that he asked that.

Fuck? Why didn't he want to hear her talk right now when all this time, he only wanted to listen to her sultry voice? And why did that kiss meant nothing to him? "Didn't you want my kiss?" she pouted and her full lips looked so soft.

"No. I mean, I've been wanting to kiss you, Bree. I—" his words were cut when she claimed his lips again. This time, he kissed her back hungrily. But why wasn't that kiss touching his heart? Oo nga't naapektuhan ang katawan niya pero bakit ganoon lang? Nagkamali lang ba siyang may pagtingin siya sa kababata noon? Na ngayong nagkaroon sila ng intimacy ay na-realize niyang kaibigan lang talaga ang turing niya rito?
