Storming out of his chamber, Xu Kai couldn't bear the angry boiling right into his heart. His eyes were red as he kept walking towards the palace backyard.
" How dare you!" Xu Kai asked in a thunderous voice and the guards who were whipping Xing halt.
" What do you mean?" Xiao chi asked, standing up from her sit.
" Last I checked, I'm the crown Prince not you" he replied coldly and Xiao chi scoffed.
" What's going on?" He asked
" This criminal poisoned the king and also killed my son last night!" She yelled and Kai smirked.
" One of your dirty games huh?"
" Your highness!, It's true and the council have arrived"
" Xing , what happened, talk to me," Kai said and knelt before Xing, who was already bleeding from her nose and mouth.
She slowly looked at Kai, giving him a devilish smirk, which he didn't expect.
Kai tried touching her but she glared at him and he withdrew his hand
