- Zhang Mansion -
"How's your grandson?" Old Master Fei's voice rang inside the mansion's receiving hall.
"He's fine. He's at his room now." Zhang LingTian answered.
"Oh, it's good. My WeiWei was quite good too." Fei Dubao answered.
"Good. Good... DuBao, I can't wait for the wedding!" He was utterly excited.
"Ai, before that, we should settle first my problem now."
"Ah, right... DuBao, what's with the incident at the airport? Why did you suddenly tried to find your first granddaughter?" Zhang LingTian asked, while sipping a cup of Pu`er tea.
"Ah, LingTian. That's what I'm about to tell you. Days ago, the family of my son's wife, Wu HaiYi contacted me. Mr. Wu wanted me to reopen the case again."
"Why would he want that?"
"I don't know what happened, but he suddenly called me."
"What's her name? Let me help you. Also, if you find your first granddaughter, does it mean that my grandson's engagement to Fei ZhangWei would be cancelled?" Zhang LingTian was confused.
"We can see what will happen if we find her. I could remember myself calling her Xiao Yi. It's best to find her before her birthday."
Ring!
In the middle of their conversation, his phone rang. Mei Guang almost spilled the teapot in his hands because of the sudden sound.
"Old master, your subordinate said that he already delivered the report." The man beside him said.
Fei DuBao sighed. He stood up, "Xiao Tian, I'm going now. Thank you for always helping me."
Zhang LingTian smiled and stood up too.
"Xiao Bao, if I didn't help you, what friends are for?" He patted his bestfriend's shoulder.
"Since we're still young, we're here for each other. Don't be too polite on me." Zhang LingTian added.
Fei DuBao laughed and nodded.
"Alright, alright! I'm going now."
....
- Zhang Feng's room -
"Young Master!" Mei Guang knocked and opened the door quickly.
"Did I allow you to enter?" Zhang Feng's sight was fiery.
Mei Guang bowed ninety degrees.
"Young Master! Please forgive me, but this servant was very reliable and ready to deliver a news for you!"
"Stop praising yourself. How can I ask sure that your report isn't a gossip?" His fine eyebrows arched up sarcastically.
Mei Guang looked up with a terrified expression.
"Please trust this humble servant. I just heard that the Old Master from the Fei family was finding his first granddaughter."
Zhang Feng looked with narrow eyes.
'That means Fei ZhangWei wasn't the real heiress. Hmm, interesting.'
"I heard that the first granddaughter was your original bride-to-be. If she appears, then maybe she would be your future wife.
I'm worried Young Master that the missing girl would be a lot worser than Ms. Fei ZhangWei."
A pin drop of silence surrounded the area. Mei Guang was sweating hard.
'Oh god, is Young Master mute? Can't he just speak even a word? I can't read him at all!'
"Who is she?" Zhang Feng's voice was extremely cold.
Mei Guang jumped up in fright. He wished that his young master wouldn't speak anymore, he's giving him chills!
He looked up to the ceiling and snapped his hands.
"Uhmm..." Mei Guang was trying his best to remember it.
'I just heard it earlier! Why I couldn't remember it?!'
"Wait young mas-"
"If you're not going to say anything, you can come out." Zhang Feng was eager earlier, but he became impatient.
Mei Guang bowed. If only his mind didn't startled many times earlier, maybe he could remember it quickly.
"Please pardon me, Young Master. But once I remember it, I'll tell you immediately." He left his master's room with an upset feeling.
After Mei Guang left, Zhang Feng picked up his phone to call Xi Jin.
Ring!
But before he could do it, his cellphone already rang. Coincidentally, it was from his subordinate. Zhang Feng finds it rather weird.
