"Want to have a go Gabino?", asks Anne.

It takes a while for you to realize what she means, "You almost died…can you even move?"

Anne laughs, "I still have enough stamina for some fun…"

You shake your head hesitantly, "No…you better rest…I don't want one of your bandages to come off and have you bleed out…"

Anne scoffs, "Ah…if I bleed out and die…I can't think of a better way to go." She coughs clearly in pain.

She smiles at you and laughs when you start to consider again.

She must have been joking…or at least you think she was. Anne has always been sarcastic…it is hard to tell when she is joking or not.

Anne hears the raucous party outside, "Why aren't you enjoying the feast?"

You shrug, "I figured I should come and see if you're alright."

She sighs, "I'm fine Cap…go have some wine…and ask Arlo to bring me a jug of Galamencian wine…it is much stronger than the wine we drink. I could use it…"

You nod and begin to head out, when Anne reaches out to you. You stop and look over at her.

"Thanks for trusting me Cap…I know you had your concerns…but…I knew I could handle it."

You nod, "Sure…but next time you agree to fight to the death for a chieftain you just met…maybe consult me first?

Anne nods laughing.

As you leave, and you hear Anne yell, "Don't forget the wine!"
