Peerless Harem

Today is the day that I will finally take my life. It has been an incredible journey thus far, and I have accomplished all that I have set out to accomplish from the moment that I’d found myself reincarnated into this eastern fantasy. Honestly, me. A simple farmer has reached the pinnacle of all creation under heaven. Yet, despite that seemingly impossible achievement, I feel so empty inside. Perhaps, it is because I am all alone here in this place. This summit. For the loneliest number is me. So many people have left me on my journey towards greatness for one reason or another. They either did not have the OP systems or cheats to reach the top with me, and I feel so guilty for totally forgetting about them for many, many adventures, especially when I ascend to a higher realm. Now that I have reached the peak, standing above all else, looking down at the world and everything below, I wonder to myself, what have I truly accomplished in the end? Where are my friends, families, and most importantly, a harem of heaven defying beauties? ****

Rights of an Emperor

Unfortunately, Zhao Liu cannot hear me on the account of her being in a coma.

Getting hit by Heaven Tribulation will do that to any person, cultivator or not.

In her case, she has actually gotten off lightly, considering that she has committed one of the gravest sins under all of Heaven.

This is because of her vows, and for her to break her vows by raising her hands against me, the Heaven shall strike her down without fail. Even if she was an Immortal Empress, she would still get strike down by the Heaven above.

Regardless of my current cultivation, I am still considered as one of the Divine Emperors acknowledged by the Heaven. It is not just an empty title, and Heaven grants special privileges to those who has gain its favor and able to peer into the Great Divine.

More so if they have managed to somehow steal – I mean find – the Mandate of Heaven in the Great Divine.

I admit that the Mandate of Heaven is currently in my possession. Possessing the Mandate of Heaven allows me to retain my title as one of the Divine Emperors even though I have lost my cultivation.

As for why I have not resorted to using the Mandate of Heaven itself. It is very simple. I am not suicidal enough. I want to live. I want to enjoy the sinfulness of flesh. Hahaha.

Seriously though. If I take out the Mandate of Heaven, countless of other Divine Emperors will descend upon me in order to take it off my cold dead hands. It is not just obtaining the Mandate of Heaven but to be able to keep it as well.

I am not interested in fighting against a Divine Emperor let alone a fucking whole bunch of them. One is enough to wipe out all life within the Mortal Coil without even lifting a finger. I should know, I used to be one myself. Therefore, the Mandate of Heaven is reserved as a fuck-you-all option.

Well, it can be used as bait too, but that is pretty risky.

In any case, I do not need to take out the Mandate of Heaven in order to trigger Heaven Tribulation.

By retaining the title of Divine Emperor, anyone who has vowed to me will b punished by the Heaven if they tried to harm in any form, with or without the intention to do so. The intention part is a double-edged sword, but still, just the thought of getting smite will scare the living shit out of any cultivator.

This is because Heaven grants all those beneath the gift of cultivation, and as such, Heaven as the will to take away that gift whenever it so desires, especially those who transgresses the Law of Heaven.

I look down at Zhao Liu, examining her complexion. Even though she does not know the Law of Heaven itself, she does know about Heaven Tribulation. Everyone does, as it is basically the first thing that any cultivator learns. Do not anger the Heaven.

Since Zhao Liu has used her cultivation to strike me, her sworn emperor, she has transgressed the Law of Heaven, and as a result, she is stripped of her cultivation. Luckily, Heaven only destroy her meridians and pathways. If it takes back the gift, she would never be able to cultivate again.

That is the "getting off lightly" part.

Heaven can do much far worse to those who has transgressed its Law, especially on purpose. It is also the reason that I decide to return to Origin, hence I will break free of its shackle upon ascending above Godhood.

Luckily, Heaven does not stop anyone who want to break the boundary of possibilities.

I suppose I will break all of this to Zhao Liu when she wakes up from her nightmare. Maybe then, I will get to see an even more priceless expression. It is her own damn fault for not keeping her vows. I have kept mine. Thus, she should have kept hers.

But if she did, my hands would not be enjoying themselves right now. Soft. So very soft.

While I could have fondled and molested her earlier, I refrain myself since doing so would trigger some sort of response from her subconsciousness. I rather not have that, especially when I am fishing for a bigger game.

Now that she is in a coma, I can do whatever I want. Mwuahahahaha.

Just kidding.

Someone definitely notices the Heaven Tribulation since it is quite flashy even from very far away. Not only that, it also tears a hole in the sky and everything in between Heaven and its intended target. So, the sealed cavern is no longer sealed.

It is not even a cavern anymore, considering I can see the entire sky from where I am, and I am certain that others can see me if they look down.

After ogling the sleeping beauty embraced in my arms a little bit longer, I summon some of my divine powers from the ring. While the sum of my cultivation is stored within the ring, it is not infinite, and if I keep drawling out powers, it will eventually become depleted.

But by the time it does become completely drained, I am fairly sure that I should be more than capable of defending myself. If not, I will just be crazy prepared. Speaking of which, I should set up a little fuck-you to anyone dropping by.

It is the least I can do to increase the reputation of the Sword Maiden Sect. While I want to take it over and make it my own little paradise, I am not interested in destroying it. There is no real reason to raze it to the ground as long as no one pisses me off.

As soon as divine energy flows through my pathways, a golden aura surrounds me. It is not much, but it is enough to slaughter anyone within the Spiritual Realm and below. And given the cultivation level of the Sect Leader, this should be far more than what she can possibly handle.

Before I take Zhao Liu away with me, I reach out my hand at the wall. It explodes and allows the hidden urn to fly into my hand. I put it away into my storage ring alongside with the wooden chest that I have used to suck up all the Yang energy.

I toss a small mechanical box onto the ground, and as it begins to unfold, constructing a welcome gift to intruders, I pick Zhao Liu up into a bridal style.

With a smile, golden light covers me before I vanish from the spot.

My aura extends to cover Zhao Liu as I traverse the Shattered Dimension. Despite the danger of being in there physically, it is still considered the best way to travel since it allows me to bypass any sort of shields or barriers or protections within the Mortal Coil.

As long as I do not stay long, it should be relatively safe.

The Mortal Coil and Shattered Dimension is just two of the nine realms. The Spiritual World is another, and it is as easy to get into as the Shattered Dimension if one knows how. And despite it is named as the Shattered Dimension, it is not really a dimension.

After a few steps in the Shattered Dimension, I break out of it and found myself millions of miles away from where I was. It should be far enough from all prying eyes and ears.

No time should have elapsed between the travels, so if anyone noticed, they would assume that I have teleported. That is the beauty of using the Shattered Dimension to travel. To cultivate too, but that is for another time.

I wave my hand, instantly setting up a formation, preventing anyone from entering or leaving the area without my say so. It should be powerful enough to stop an immortal and should be shielded enough to prevent anyone noticing.

Once I am done, a summoning circle manifests on the earth, and within a second, a platform emerges from below, rising to about half of my height.

It is for Zhao Liu, as I am going to dive into her mind and extract the location of the Sect Leader.

Since I cannot sense anyone more powerful than Zhao Liu within the Sword Maiden Sect or within the surrounding areas, I can safely assume that the Sect Leader is in the Spiritual World – with her physical body.

Once a cultivator finally steps into the Spiritual Realm, in order to cultivate further, they must take in spiritual energy. There are places on the Mortal Coil that have abundant spiritual energy, but the best place would be the Spiritual World.

They take their physical body along because it is much safer. Being a spirit in the Spiritual World is like asking for trouble, as there are wild spirits wandering about, devouring anything and everything.

I settle Zhao Liu onto the platform and fix her posture. Her hands should be folded around her stomach while her face should be facing the sky. Just for the appearance.

"Alrighty, Pearly White," I state and place my hand upon her forehead. "I am just going to have a look at your mind, and once I am done, I'm going to wake you up like a real prince charming. Not the Disney version because that is for kids. You are definitely not a kid. Definitely not."

My other hand is definitely not by my side.

I hope that you enjoy the chapter.
