Leon Family Business
Seated on the Leon family round meeting table, Huxton stared at his father, mother and all the elders in the hall.
He sat there like an offender who is about to be passed judgement to and sentence.
He sat without saying anything waiting for his father to say the reason for bringing his here.
Some of the elders had pity in their eyes while some show excitement because this is an opportunity they have been waiting for, Huxton has suppressed their children or children since he was born, but now they now have the ability to suppress him, since he can't cultivate, he won't have any importance in the clan anymore.
Millar stared at his son for a while before finally saying.
" Do you know why I called you here?"
Huxton with his head down answer
"No dad"
"You know you can't be become a cultivator, I brought you here to discuss with you about learning martial art and also joining the family business on collecting magical beast core. That is what our family have depended on for over a hundred thousand years" Millar said.
He stared at the elders for a while and continued.
" We have three stores each on the four market in our Green hold city, we hold a lot of resources for cultivation, you will be working on one of the stores, and also helping the magical beast hunters of our family in getting magical beast core".
" But dad I am not strong to help the beast hunters in getting magical beast core, I haven't even learnt the martial art you talk about, dad, that is risking my life" Huxton said in a bitter tune.
"I know you are not yet strong, that is why you will be learning martial art this , then start your mission with the elite to strengthen and give you experience in making you strong" Millar replied
" No let me tell you more about our family business"
"Our family business has been established for over a hundred thousand years, we have survived with it, it made us one of the richest clan in green hold city. Our family ancestor established this business when he started hunting magical beast, he discovered that their core helps cultivator in building their cultivation, it doesn't raise their cultivation but it helps them gather pure nature essence. So when he came back he created a team and started hunting for magical beast, that was when he opened a business, and got us what we got today. So I hope you understand that this business means a lot to us, including you, so don't joke with it" Millar said while staring at Huxton
" Yes I understand dad, I will work hard to help the business in anyway I can" Huxton replied
"And son please do not think that we hate you or don't want to help you, but this is for your own good ,you can't cultivate but that does not mean you can't be strong, I am your mother and I love you, and that is why I want the best for , I don't want you to be weak, you father is doing this to give you a way out, so please understand us" Katrina said lovingly
" Ok mom, I understand, I will put in my all and all to be strong, I can't be a weakling, i seek to be as strong as father, and I will work on that" Huxton replied his mother
" That is my younger brother, Elder Densi" Millar pointed to a middle age man dressed in a green robe long hair and blue eyes, he look a bit handsome, he sat at his left hand
side.
" He owns the Leon martial arts school in our city , one of the best, he will take you to the stores we have in the city and show you around and if you have any questions, he will explain it clear to you, after taking you round the stores, he will take you to the school for you to start your training" Millar said pointing at his brother Densi.
" Greetings uncle, ok dad I understand" Huxton bow and greeted his uncle then replied his father's
"Don't be too polite little nephew" I know you can't cultivate but I will help you any way I can" Densi replied with a smile on his face.
"Now go with your uncle" Millar said
"Father I have some questions to ask you" Huxton said lightly
Millard ponder for a bit before replying
" Go ahead am all ears"
" Why does my two element not have any cultivation techniques?" Huxton said politely
" Because since the past hundred of thousands of years, in our Greenville state, cloud sky country, heaven light continent and our Green hold city, a lightning and a metal cultivator has never existed, so there is no cultivation techniques for it" you see why you can't become a cultivator? With out cultivation techniques you can't cultivate, which means you can't become a cultivator"Millar answer him sincerely with bitterness in is eyes.
He loves his son, the one son he was so proud of, for his intelligence, and diligent, could not even cultivate, it hurt so much, but that is fate and he can't change it , so he just have to face it . The elders refused him from joining in the family business because he was weak but he insisted on making sure his son become somebody and not a weakling.
"Ok... But father what level are you on in your cultivation?" Huxton ask his father
" I am in the 9th level of foundation building tier, half step away from core element tier"Millar replied his son question
Every one in the hall started clapping
" Clan Lord is a very strong cultivator, I can't believe he has already reached level nine in foundation creation tier"
" It's hard to believe too last month he was still a level eight"
" That's a fast rate of improvement"
"Definitely it is, he is now the strongest cultivator in our clan"
" He Is now on the same footing with the clan Lord of the Leo clan "

Conversation immediately broke out among the elders in the hall, they where all happy and they all congratulated him
"Thank you all my elders" Millar replied polite
"Father what element is mother and uncle Densi"
"I will only answer two of your questions after this one. Well you uncle is of the wind element and your mother is of the water element" Millar replied his lightly
" Ok. I learnt that every cultivator has a magical beast to support them in battle, what is your, uncle and mother's magical beast?"
" Yes that is true, my magical beast is the Two wings flaming serpent, an eighth level foundation creation tier magical beast and also of the fire element, your mother's is the water jade fox, a level five of the foundation creation tier and of the water element.
Your uncle's is the wind shadow wolf, a level seven of the foundation creation tier and of the wind element. We all here have our own magical of different types. Last question"
" Wow... dad that will be so awesome, to have a pet of yours. Huxton said delightedly
"Ok dad, last question, can you call it out for me to see?" Huxton ask curiously
" No need of calling it out, it's already here , they follow their master where ever he or she goes". Come out poist, sssssssss... immediately a big snake of about fifty meter long appeared behind Millar, With two wings on his back, with a red skin and a very thick scales on its back, there were fire burning on it's tale and his eyes were pure red, it had a fierce appearance.
"Aaahh..." Huxton screamed he was scared silly , within a few seconds he regained his composure before shouting. "Wow... It's so big and fierce, look at his eyes , his tail is on fire, can I touch it dad? He ask out of excitement.
He was very happy and sad at the same time, because he couldn't cultivate, he won't be able to have one of this.
"No ... No more, now follow your uncle to the stores and start training immediately" Millar replied coldly.
" Ok dad I will follow uncle immediately, thank you dad"
Huxton said politely
Huxton turned to his uncle and bow and said politely " uncle, please lead me"
He followed Densi out the clan and they got into a carriage, they moved with two horses pulling it and a horse man in the front. They moved slowly in the wooden carriage down the street to the first market, the water spring market.
The water spring market is one of the biggest market in the green hold city, the market is filled with different type of water element cultivation techniques, resources, magic beast core all sort of resources for water element cultivator, it was a busy market filled with people doing business transaction, when the people saw the flag in the carriage approaching, they made a way for it to pass, not wanting to mess with the people in the carriage.
The carriage moved slowly in the busy market till it stopped in front of a store written bold on the sigh board The Leon Magical beast Core store.
They both came down from the carriage walk into the store, the two guards at the door bows and greeted them politely.
They both walked in politely, when they enter Huxton saw blue core shining very brightly, illuminating a blue light, an also radiating a cold temperature, it was very eye catching.
"Uncle they are beautiful" Huxton said happily, after all he was still a kid, and eighth year old kid.
"Yeah they are, they are used by cultivators to cultivate"Densi replied
" This kid is still kind of stupid he hasn't seen a magical beast core before, and that's what the family deals on, yet he hasn't seen one before, what a shame, what has his father been teaching him since. But good thing his out of the way now, time for my son Dennis to shine in the clan" Densi thought to himself
Immediately the shop keeper saw Densi, he ran to him and greeted,
" Good day second master"
"Good day kel, how are you? Dansi asked
"I am good sir, " kel replied
"Thats good, so how is the business lately?" Densi asked again
" Everything has been moving smoothly just the Leo clan giving us a little trouble, and hunting elite just came back with new stock of cores"
" Ok that good, don't worry about the Leo clan, we will take care of them. Yeah... This is my nephew Huxton, he will be coming here sometimes to help you guys out in the business" Densi said
When kel heard the word nephew, he was surprised because he know that this sir only has one brother and that is the clan Lord of the clan.
"Is he trying to say this boy is the clan Lord son" kel thought to himself
When Densi saw the surprise in kel face he finally said
"Yes he is the clan Lord son" so please take care of him
Kel was very surprised, and greeted Huxton politely
"Greetings young master"
"Sir please don't be too polite call me Huxton" Huxton replied politely
When they finished the business in the water spring market, Densi took him to the other markets, like the lake fire market, stone Earth , and Air wind market. He took he round the market, and took him to the school, and later bring him home to start training tomorrow.
