The attack
"Lady Summer is not feeling well, I thought it best for you to go with a guard who would ride the carriage," the steward said, looking at Eva. Eva looked at the Steward; this was not what she had expected.
She thought he was about to stop her from going out of the palace, now, he just wanted to add a guard to monitor them. Eva looked at Eight from the corner of her eyes. she saw him nod his head. one guard was too small to stop them from taking the queen.
"If that is what you think, I accept," Eva replied. The Steward had caught up with Eva because he could tell something was wrong, even if he was not sure of the details, there was no room to be careless. So the Steward decided to send a guard to follow her. He had prepared a lot of words to convince her after all she had said that she would not go out with a guard.
"you will let the guard of my choice follow you?" he asked as he found it hard to believe that she had accepted his command.
