Chapter 64

Barry ran into Gotham city before going to the spot where Batman told him to meet him at. Arriving there, at the roof of the Gotham City Police Department, GCPD for short, he met Batman looking over the destroyed city.

"Many lives were lost fighting Carnage, yet he still escapes." Batman said, not looking away from the city.

"He planned for a scenario where he lost. He left a time remnant outside the city which will take him away when he lost." Barry said, standing beside Batman. He was wearing his civilian cloth, consisting of a gray shirt, Black Jacket, black pants, and black sneakers.

"Yes. We lost this one." Batman said, going silent for a while. "If we were able to respond to each other calls quicker, he wouldn't have gotten this strong. I didn't trust you and saw it as the final result to ask you for help, but now, things are going to change."

Barry looked confused and Batman said.

"I am planning to create a hero agency, consisting of heroes from around the world. We will communicate and efficiently send backup to those who need it."

"That's a great idea." Barry said, looking up at the dark sky. Seeing how Team Flash has permanently disbanded, a team consisting of superheroes won't be bad. "What will be the name?"

"Hero League." Batman replied.

"That sound too... Generic. Need something better..." Barry said, going into deep thought.

"How about Justice league?" Superman's voice suddenly sounded. Looking up, they saw him floating there, carrying the top half of a skyscraper.

"Justice League..." Batman said, standing up. "Today is the formation of the Justice League with the three founding members. We should work hard to grow it."

Carnage sat comfortably on a couch in an apartment he borrowed in Central City, looking up at the ceiling. His laptop, which he went back to Gotham to the collet, sat on the table In front of him. He couldn't just forget it as it has more information than most government agencies have and it was something he personally created.'

Though he didn't find C-1 when he went back to Gotham, It doesn't bother him. As long as she doesn't do something stupid, drawing too much attention to herself, she will be fine. She can also find me whenever she wants, though he can't do the same for her.

'I guess she is attracted to me like a magnet draws iron, with me being the magnet.'

A knock from the door interrupted his monologue and he wasted no time going to open the door, going back to deep thought.

Suddenly, the door opened and Felicia, wearing a red blouse, black jeans, and held a red and black purse, walked through it. She had light makeup on and had on contact instead of her normal glasses, making her look more beautiful than ever.

"Carnage, let's make a deal." Closing the door behind her, she went and sat on the table in front of Carnage, crossing her legs. "I guarantee, it will benefit you more than it will for me."

Carnage kept silent for some time before sitting up and staring at her. "What is the content?"

"Batman, Flash, and Superman just created a new organization called, Justice League." Felicia said, going into her purses and bringing out her phone. Playing a recording button, the conversation between the three founding heroes of Gotham played. "I will most likely be part of the team. Though I would have to thoroughly clean my tracks, knowing Batman and all."

"I see what you are getting at." Carnage said, smiling, already know the deal.

"Every plan, conversation, or important information they gather will be sent to you by me. All you have to do is guarantee my safety and keep me out of prison." Felicia said, looking into Carnage's bloody eyes.

"I can just hack into it myself." Carnage said, smiling. "But I know I won't be able to, seeing how you can here even after knowing I can hack."

"Yes. The coding language I will use if I become the leader of their technician team is something you can never decode, even with your super speed." Felicia said, turning off her phone and putting it back in our purse. "It was created by my father after all."

Carnage took a moment to think over it before saying, "It is a deal."

Looking at her leave, Carnage went to his computer and did a lifting searching up, soon finding what he was looking for.

"Hal Jordan, I am coming for you. But first, I need to uproot Swamp Thing. I don't currently see the usefulness of plant manipulation, but it may be useful in the future." Carnage said, standing up and looking at his laptop. "I wish I have a convenient way to store items."

Carrying the laptop with him, he zoomed out of the room.
