Without saying a word Desmond and Xiauyue nodded seriously and watched as Mei ingested the fruit that caused Desmond so much pain.

In a matter of minutes Mei could feel how it felt to die alive and feel so much pain that all her thoughts stopped, nothing existed in this world besides her agony, and know that Desmond's pain could only be greater than what she felt at this moment it was of no comfort to Mei.
