Chapter 1 - New Wake

Beneath the azure expanse of the sky, where the sun's golden rays painted the land in hues of warmth and vitality, a world lay dormant, its inhabitants oblivious to the extraordinary

 transformation that awaited them. The air was still, the trees stood sentinel, and the symphony of nature played on, untouched by the impending metamorphosis.

One fateful morning, as the first rays of dawn kissed the horizon, a sudden tremor rippled through the earth's crust, awakening the slumbering world from its tranquil state. A cacophony of sounds erupted – the chirping of birds, the rustling of leaves, the gentle sway of trees, all harmonizing with the awakening world.

Then, as if from nowhere, a deafening roar shattered the tranquillity, followed by an incandescent flash that engulfed the entire planet. The world held its breath, frozen in anticipation of the cataclysmic event that was about to unfold.

The orbs were categorized into five distinct classes: ordinary, common, extraordinary, rare, and divine. Each class possessed varying levels of power and potential, granting their wielders extraordinary abilities that could shape the world in profound ways.

Among the orbs, the Divine Orb held a special place, revered as the embodiment of celestial power. It was said to contain the essence of the gods, its influence capable of shaping the very destiny of the world.

Those who possessed orbs and mastered their powers became known as takers, their influence growing with their understanding of these celestial spheres. Their abilities were passed down through generations, creating powerful dynasties that wielded immense power.

Ten years after the orbs' descent, scholars and experts finally unlocked the secrets of harnessing their energy, developing a system to measure the levels of power and abilities possessed by takers. This system, known as Ranks categorized takers into thirteen distinct levels:

Newbie, Warrior, Warlord, General, Duke, Marquess, Earl, Viscount, Baron, King, Emperor, Saint, True God.

As takers ascended the ranks, their influence and power grew exponentially. They became the centre of attention. Massive Organizations were tirelessly looking for new takers to recruit either by will or by force.

Some low-profile people are choosing not to take or possess orb or anything that my related to it. They were afraid to be besieged by bigger forces and would have no choice but to be enslaved.

Greed and Power still blinded humans, using them to oppress and to get what they want.

High-ranking takers choose to lead organizations to expand their influence and power. With the world reborn, the names of all places and territories are all changed. Kingdoms and Empire are now rising, and old traditions and cultures are all left in the past.

As time goes by, experts discover very special takers and are considered to be one of the most valuable takers. They call it "Seekers", seekers don't have any fighting powers but they possess information and knowledge that no others have. Information bestowed by the orb they possess.

Most seekers are already owned by Kingdoms and Empires and of course, they are also categorized by classes. The higher the classes of orb they possess the more information and knowledge they have.

Alchemists, blacksmiths, seekers, supports, healers and fighters are all discovered using the seeker information -- The seeker called it a taker's category.

Alchemists and blacksmiths are the most valued of all categories as there are quite a few of them together with the seekers. Even low-class one is no exceptions and harboring any individuals with this category for themselves are punishable by death or you may be chased by the Empires and Kingdoms.

Alchemists are responsible for refining pills, pills that could help and enhance takers. The blacksmith is responsible for making enhanced weapons and armour. These takers are being respected like the King, Queen, Emperor and Empress.

Every taker has a distinct aura based on their ranks. The stronger the aura they displayed the higher their ranks are.

Finally, humans settle into this new reborn world.
