Chapter 8

Lotus POV

One week has passed already and everything is going well so far. Me Emily zen and Elijah have become good friends over the time. we almost have the same classes together. Emily zen and I became very good friends and almost inseparable we are together all the time but Elijah on the other hand only wants to spend time with me and ignores Emily and zen. He always tells me how he wishes that I only have him as my friend and stop spending my time with others. I felt very weird and said no to his request....

I work up in the morning with the sound of my alarm.

I have my class at 8:30am So I got up soon and started getting ready for class. Emily doesn't have this class so she is still sleeping soundly.

My attire for the day is.....

I am wearing a knee length dress with puffed sleeves and left my hair open with cute hair clips on my right side of hair. I also applied a light foundation on my face and pink lipstick. I checked myself in the mirror and I am content with my look. Emily also gives me a thumbs up in her sleep stating that I look good. it is a very sweet gesture from her with that I picked up my backpack with laptop and books and left for the class.

I was getting late for the class only ten minutes left so I started running and when I stepped on the stairs I slipped and was about to fall on my butt....a strong hand held my arms and restrained me from falling. when I opened my eyes to check who is it I was star struck with the beauty of this man holding me. He is so beautiful with his piercing blue eyes resembling the ocean his brown hair lightly moving with air and his strong and muscular body. He slowly pulled me towards him and his smell intoxicated me. it is the musk smell of sandalwood and chocolates. when he pulled me near him and made me stand on my feet facing him I realized that he is very taller than me he is almost 6.2 or 6.3 and I am looking tiny in front of him and I have to lift my head to look at him..... then I lightly heard him saying the work MATE...,.. and his eyes changing it's color form blue to gold for a second or may be I am imagining... I didn't understand...by then I looked at the watch on my wrist and shit I was late so I said thank you and ran to my class...
