Hidden behind the intimidating exterior was a gentle creature, reminding Andi and Mina not to judge based on looks alone. They continued onward with a newfound sense of wonder and caution.

The sisters steadied their breath as they took refuge beneath a boulder upon stumbling upon a creek. The sound of rushing water was a soothing melody that calmed their nerves, providing a moment of respite in the midst of their journey. Andi and Mina exchanged knowing glances, silently acknowledging the importance of staying alert in this unpredictable forest. With the sun setting, it would be difficult to see where they were going.

Above them, the trees swayed gently in the evening breeze, casting eerie shadows on the forest floor. Andi and Mina knew they had to find shelter soon before darkness enveloped them completely.

The serpent stayed coiled around Mina as its body glistened in the fading light. Despite their exhaustion, Andi and Mina pushed forward, determined to find safety before nightfall. It almost seemed like it was afraid to let her go. Andi noticed her sister did not seem to mind; she caught glimpses when Mina would smile at the serpent—a strange sense of connection between them. She wanted to be sure.

"Mina, what's up with you and the snake?"

When asked a question, her honest response was, "I don't know why," but she couldn't deny the strong bond she felt with the serpent. The truth was,

"I might be wrong but Andi could this snake be just a baby?"

Andi studied the serpent more closely, noticing the gentle way it moved around Mina.

"If that's true…we need to leave the serpent here".
