Chapter 351: Task at hand

She peeped at the huge four-storied building, hiding behind a bright yellow Hummer. The car was big enough to hide the two behind it though it was hardly necessary. Every window was dark, and not even a single soul was outside the building. Even the gang of teenagers who usually hung out at the parking lot past midnight were nowhere to be seen.

The main door was left open like always. Elize sighed, shaking her head at it. She had warned Cole many times to close the door once he got inside. Usually, it was those teenagers who were the last to get inside. It seemed like they were lazying around in her absence. The boys were going to get a mouthful in the morning, she thought, stepping out from her hiding place.
