190 Chapter 190: A familiar setting

Her heartbeat picked up pace as a strangely familiar surrounding came into view. It was a minimally decorated room. The floor and the ceiling were all made of high-quality teak wood, with creme colored walls on all four sides. A huge king-sized bed took up most of the space of the massive room. Beside it was a wooden study table and a matching chair with cushions made of white silk that complemented the bedcover. Towards her right was an oversized window, covered in white, dreamy curtains. 

For some reason, she knew that if she looked down the window, she'd realize that she was on the third floor. The one pair of wooden doors lead to a huge closet and the other outside the room. She knew everything, yet she wondered how she did. Why did this place feel like home? She walked towards the large mirror that stood adjacent to the window.
