An Old Friend or Enemy? Part - 1

I can not believe that I am married to Praim. The one I love. My first love. I have so much to tell him. So much to share. I was getting impatient every second. I can not wait any longer to hug him and tell him that I love him. Did he feel the same? Oh, of course, he does... this is why he married me.

I looked at him from the corner of my eyes and saw he was standing there without any expression. I frowned to see his expressionless face. I thought he must be thinking about the kingdoms. I smiled to know how much responsible be became in all these years.

Soon William came in front of us saying-" It is time, we must announce the marriage now"

Wait, what? now? I mean... They are the only ones to keep this a secret then why suddenly? I asked-" But we haven't..."

William replied while cutting me off-" Well... the secrecy is just for the marriage to complete in peace, now that he is married and the kingdoms have united we must confirm the people to prove this... I have already asked the people to gather...". He looked at Praim before telling-" Come..."

Praim nodded and followed him. I followed them too. We came to the tower of the castle from where we can see the kingdom. I can see all the people from WitchDom, WitchWorld, and Doah have gathered there. The crowd was waiting for their King and Queen. People of WitchDom are waiting to see if I have got married, and have proved that the rumors were false. The people of Doah were waiting to see its new King whereas the People of WitchWorld were waiting for their new Queen.

Grandma and Queen Kelnier were waving at them. Praim followed them as he stood just behind them looking at the people. William was there too. I slowly went up to them as I stood beside Praim, looking up at him. He looked unbothered by my presence. This is what was bugging me for a long time now. Why is he not talking to me? I need to talk to him.

As soon as the crowd saw us they started cheering and applauding. Queen Kelnier stopped the, as she announced-" I have an announcement for everyone today. I have 3 news to share with all of you."

she looked at grandma with a smile, as she responded with the same before continuing-" I announce the wedding of my son King Praim Willboard of WitchWorld with Parshawna Macduff, Queen of WitchDom."

The crowd cheered with happiness to hear this. They were happy to see their king and queen finally. Queen Kelnier said-" Now, now... the second announcement is... The kingdom of WitchWorld, The kingdom Of WitchDom, and the Kingdom of Doah is united and standing strong to defeat anyone who has their bad eyes on us."

The crowd again applauded. And then when Queen Kelneir said-" Now, I announce you the future King and queen of the three lands"

She turned back at us. I was already in a shock from what happened earlier to react to anything right now. I just smiled and waved to my people. Praim seemed happy and confident as she waved at them. He stopped them as he said-" Toady, I have taken vows to the future queen of this land, and now shall I be taking vows at you, my people. As the kIng of three lands, I promise o love and cherish these lands till the day I die. I will be serving my country will all dignity and justice. I promise to protect, you, these kingdoms with all my heart"

His speech made all the people believe in him as they happily cheered for him. He has grown up. I am happy to see it.

After that, Willaim said in a low whisper-" Everything is set, we must return to the hall where everyone is waiting for us!!!"

Queen Kelneir and grandma nodded as they went away from there, I looked at William and asked-" everyone?"

He nodded and said-" families"

Well, it is now time to meet and greet, but I was impatient to talk to Praim. But I didn't find any good time. About William, he left from there, I wonder why didn't he tell me earlier that Praim is going to marry me. I am sure he knew. But that night... he didn't...

I sighed. Now Praim and I were left in there. This is a good time maybe. I called slowly -" Priam?"

He turned back with a cold face. Damn, he is grown to be more handsome these years. I stared at him blankly. I forgot what to say. He was looking so fine making me numb at the moment. I had a lot to tell, but that time I didn't find any words to say... He asked-" Done staring?"

I mentally slapped myself as I scoffed and looked away in embarrassment. He said-" Let's go..."

I didn't dare to utter any single word and followed him.

"They say I drool over some fictional character

but little did they know.

he is the one that took my breath away

the one who saved me a while ago.

When I was on the verge of dispersing

when I had lost hope

He came in like a knight in shining armor

giving me a life with scope."

Family? Who's family? They were all here, then who? I was nervous. We went towards the hall room as he pushed open the gate. My eyes fall on the people standing there. They were all from ministers of the three kingdoms and a few important people. Does he mean them by family? well, he surely is a kind-hearted king. He knows well how to bond. I looked at him with a proud smile on my face.

I was all lost in him when Tiara came in front of me with a big smile on her face. I looked at her in a sudden shock as she hugged me before saying-" I am so happy that you are a part of this family now"

She is. I can see her happy face. I smiled back at her while nodding. She looked at Praim and said-" Well, now that you two are finally together... I cannot wait to see a mini version of you two soon"

My eyes widen listening to her words. I nervously looked down as I was not in the position to look at Praim to see his reaction. My cheeks are all red as I was flushed. What is she... Why does she have to say this now? I didn't even confess to him. After this how am I supposed to tell him how I feel? This is too much embarrassing. Praim even didn't answer her. I am sure he is embarrassed too. I stood there like a statue when I heard someone's voice calling my husband's name-" Priam?"

I quickly looked up to see who is calling my husband's name with such a seductive voice? A familiar figure stood before us as I scoffed to see her. It was my long-lost enemy Jennifer Lenin. What is she doing here? I frowned looking at her.

She has grown up indeed into a beautiful woman, but her heart is still the same as black as she had before. She was wearing a long green traveling gown. Which was clearly showing her legs and cleavage. For no reason somehow I didn't want to see her right now. I know she is 'trouble.' But I cannot ignore the fact that she is Tiara's cousin.

She flashed an annoying smile at Tiara before saying-" Oh!!! Sister!!! You are here? I barely noticed you..."

Tiara rolled her eyes on her ignoring her presence. She had a dirty smirk on her face when she went towards Praim and clasped his hands being all clingy towards him. This was making my blood boil in anger. How is she that desperate? Did she not know this is the party of our marriage? I gritted my teeth when I saw them so close to each other. I was burning in jealousy.

To my surprise, Praim even didn't say anything to her. This was not like him. He always use to avoid her before, what happened now? Did he forget that easily that he is married now? Does he regret marrying me?

I cannot wait any longer as I went towards them, unwrapping her hands from Praim, and said-" It is nice to see you again Jennifer!! Hope you know this is my And Praim's marriage ceremony?"

Jennifer scoffed as she gave me a smirk before replying-" I can see, you did well with your plan for trapping him huh?"

I frowned in anger as I replied-" Mind your words, Jennifer, you are talking with the Queen of Trinity lands. I can cut your tongue if you continue to talk like that."

I looked furiously at her, while she looked at me with the same rage. I know I was rude, but the way she was behaving was unacceptable too. I had no choice. I wrapped my hands with Praim before telling her one more time-" This time I may not be able to forgive you if you continue with your behavior."

She gritted her teeth looking at me. Her anger was seen in her eyes. She glared at both of us before leaving from there. I looked up at Praim who was still standing with a cold face. What is wrong with him? He didn't have any expression when she was clingy or either when she left. Then I remember he never had talked with me since we met this time. Is something bothering him?

I was about to ask him when Grandma came and said-" Oh my dear Praim, You have grown into such a handsome king... I almost didn't recognize you"

He gave a small smile before replying-" It is an honor to meet you again Queen Harney."

His voice was polite but somehow I felt he was forcing all of it. I need to talk to him somehow. But I didn't get any time for that, as the people gathered around us, and he had to leave to attend to the guest.

Tiara came beside me as she saw I was still looking at Praim with a sad face. She said in a low whisper-" I know how are you feeling Shawna!!!... I was feeling the same when I met Willaim after 4 years too. They had disappeared I thought. But father told me that they were under secret training to take over the throne. Brother Praim did well. "

I looked at her with a small smile and nodded while agreeing. She said-" And... I am sorry for Jennifer today..."

I looked at her as I sighed and reply-" Hey, It's okay... It was not your fault... Besides, I know her... She was just the same." I sighed thinking how she hasn't changed a bit in these years. I frowned as I ask-" By the way, where is she?"

Tiara looked around the hall searching for her as she replied with a pout-" I think... she left for home"

I nodded.

AT THE FOREST TOWARDS MITCHEL TOWN, WITCH WORLD.

JENNIFER'S POV:

How dare she insult me? What does she think of herself? Huh? Just because she is married to Praim I won't give up. She somehow always managed to win against me. I don't care if she is a queen, I will get revenge on her somehow. I don't have any interest in Praim, but if that makes her jealous I will continue it.

I was angry. What happened earlier wasn't leaving my mind. I left the palace as I thought to go back home and make plans to ruin her. I asked my coachman to take me back home. I was furious with anger. She was a tame girl in WWS how did she manage to become a queen and marry Praim? Does he not care about the rumors that she have? Is he so blind in love?

Ugh!!!! I shouted in frustration. Suddenly my carriage stopped in the middle of the forest. I frowned. What now? I peeped through the window and asked the coachman in irritation-" What? Why did you stop?"

He replied in a low tone-" I am sorry madam, I think the wheels are jammed"

This was only left? Wow... I am stuck in the middle fo the forest... What worse more than this can be? This is all her fault!!! I hate her. I promise I will never forgive her.

I was getting frustrated. The coachman asked-" Please wait in the carriage, I will go find someone who can help us.!!!"

Yeah right, People would be waiting for you in the middle of the forest to help us? That is the most insane thing I have ever heard. I said-" Do whatever you want... just get me out of here soon"

He nodded as he left. It was being an hour he didn't come back. I was getting impatient and tired of waiting for the stupid coachman. I got down from the carriage to look around. Honestly, what is there even to look here? It is a forest!!! Just a bunch of stupid trees. I looked at the wheels which were stuck in the mud. I kicked the carriage in frustration as I yelled-" AAHHHH!!!"

I heard a sudden noise from behind as I looked at that way thinking It might be the coachman. I called-" Hello...? Is that you Harry?"

No reply came. I waited for some time then again and the noise came. I asked-" Harry?... Oh come on, don't fool around... Just come already. I need to get back home. Unless you want me to fire you and get punished my dad, come here."

there was no response again. This made me more furious and frustrated. The noise was getting louder and louder. I frowned as I walked a few steps towards it. The noise was pretty clear now. It was the sound of a slow thunderstorm. How can that be possible here? I grabbed my wand in my hands and followed that way.

After some time, I finally reached the place, where the sound was coming from. My eyes widen to see the picture before me. A broken portal!!! It was a white space from the barrier of our lands which was somehow divided. The white bright lights were coming from inside, as some sounds of the horse's footsteps can be heard.

What is this place? Where does this go?... the curiosity in me made me walk towards it without thinking much. The portal was open to somewhere. I need to find it. Maybe this is what Shawna is hiding from everyone. Does that mean, the rumors were true? This is a good opportunity to get her.

Without thinking much I went inside the portal as the white bright lights blended with my body.

BACK AT WITHCHDOM PALACE

SHAWNA'S POV:

It was a long day, Time passed away while meeting with lots of new people who were now one of us in supporting my country. Queen Kelnier named the Trinity Kingdom as WHITE LAND, which stands for the symbol of peace, strength, and unity. We decided Praim and I will be rolling from the palace at WitchWorld whereas Granny will be staying at Witchdom and William will be at Doah. The central position would be ours as we will manage the work from there.

I was happy that finally my people again began to trust me, I can see the hope in their eyes again. Priam and I were still greeting the noblemen and Dutches from countries, who came to wish us.

In the crowd, my eyes fell on John. Patricia and Jonathan also came there. I smiled as they walked towards us with a wide smile. John said-" Congratulations on your wedding King Praim!!!"

Praim smiled and said-" John, I have told you many times not to call me as the king. We are friends. more than that I see you as my brother"

They share a warm hug as I looked at them in awe. Patricia hugged me while saying-" I am so happy for you Shawna"

I nodded and asked-" Thank you. How are you? How is your new married life going?"

Her smile dropped as she looked at John once before forcing a smile and replied-" I- I am happy Shawna, Thank you for asking"

Something was off. What was it? Does anything happen between them? I frowned as I stood there looking at both of them

Praim smile at Jonathan, as he took him in his arms and asked-" Is this Jonathan?"

John nodded as Praim smiled at him and showed him with love. They looked happy with each other. God!!, I am falling for him again. He is good at everything. He let go of Jonathan when he turned towards Patricia and said-" I am sorry for the late introduction, I am Praim. You must be Patricia?"

She nodded as she said-" I know king Praim. It was nice to meet you. Wish you a happy married life"

He smiled and answered-" I wish you the same"

We heard Brad's voice from behind as he called-" Praim?"

We looked back at him. He was smiling. After a long time, I saw him smiling like that. He is happy to get back his friend. I am happy for him. Brad and Praim hugged each other as they met after a long time. Emotions were on the verge of their eyes as the three of them shared the same bond as before.

Brad looked at me before turning back his old expression and said-"Congratulations Queen Shawna!!!"

I frowned and replied-" Brad... Come on, Don't do this here again."

His 'Queen Shawna' sound began to feel like a taunt now. I know he is angry with me, but just as he gave a smile at Praim he could give that to me too. Praim broke the awkward silence as he said-" I am sorry for Jenny..."

Brad nodded in sadness as he replied-" It's okay... I know she is in peace now"

We were talking when a guard entered there panicking and said-" Your Majesties... Somebody attacked the palace!!!"
