Wrapped in my makeshift cape, I deftly maneuvered the rope made from my sister's clothes.
'Not going to lie, it was fun to tear down each one of those fancy looking clothes down. hehehehehe'
Landing in the moonlit garden, I surveyed the surroundings, my black cape billowing mysteriously. I pulled the rope in and secured it around my waist, my tiny form ready for nocturnal adventures.
In this garden of secrets, I, Orion, the pint-sized vampire, embarked on my quest for sustenance. My keen senses guided me, and behind a moon-shadowed tree, I spotted a creature. A rat, it seemed.
'Should I eat it, one of my Chinese friends said that rats taste like chicken, no he can't be trusted for him even cockroaches tasted like chicken."
Contemplating my options, I mused, "Should I indulge in a rat feast? Nah, don't want to risk catching some rodent-borne malady. Those dirty epidemic bastards."
My pursuit continued, revealing an abundance of rats but no suitable prey.
My deduction was swift, "My intuition was spot on; mansion limits are too confining. Time to venture beyond." With resolve, I traced the stone path, each step echoing my determination, guiding me to the imposing gates.
A lone guard stood watch. Anticipating such an obstacle, I orchestrated a diversion. A rock, a well-aimed distraction towards the fountain adorned with raven feathers, and the guard took the bait.
"Hmm, suspicious. Traces of blood must be a wounded raven, perhaps," the guard muttered as I slipped through the gate's gap into the night.
Seizing the opportunity, I passed through the gap in the gate and escaped. I found a huge forest scenery with a road in the middle. Unworried about monsters, as they only appear during dungeon breaks, I cautiously entered.
One concern was the snakes roaming around, taking that into account I was extra careful and walked across the bushes, searching for the possibility of rabbits. Knowing rabbits would be in their burrows during this period, finding them seemed difficult.
Following traces of rabbits, I reached a burrow. As I sat down to listen, I heard voices from deep underground, searching for its entrance. Despite my efforts, time ran out, and feeling tired and haggard, I found a hole beside a rock.
Entering the hole, I discovered the animal inside wasn't a rabbit but a "freaking porcupine! Holy Cow, me and my luck."
The porcupine snarled and released its thorns, hitting my back and ass. "Awooo! That hurts like hell.*My soft squishy butt is now covered by your missiles."
"Mark my words porcupine, even if I were to be covered with your thorns, by the end of the day I will drove through a huge stick through your asshole and cook you on a bonfire"
With a determined look, I took a fruit knife, jumped onto the porcupine to slice its neck, but it escaped into nearby cave with a narrow entrance. Annoyed, I said, "Wait, where do you think you're going? Ouch! My bump hurts. Ah, I'm so tired now. I can't even rest because of these thorns up my ass. Gotta pluck them off."
Inside the cave, I grumbled while plucking thorns from my "ouch... my ass, its like plucking feathers from my butt"
"No matter what happens today, you are my prey, bastard. I'm gonna roast you so badly. Ouch."
Continuing down the cave, it became broader; it appeared to be a huge cave thanks to my nocturnal vision, I could see in the dark. After hours of walking, I felt, "Why the f*ck is it soo deep? It's getting late. Better get back before the sun rises. What? What is that?"
A huge wall made of ancient prehistoric writings in red was in front of me.
In front of me was a huge stone wall with ancient writings. Confused, I asked, "What is this place? What is written on this stone wall? It looks as if it's very ancient and carries profound meaning."
As I stared at the wall, the porcupine reappeared. We locked eyes, the cowboy theme playing in the background.
I slammed my knife into the porcupine, but it turned its back, using thorns. I dodged, but it hit my wrist, sweeping the sword away.
Rolling across the ground, bleeding from my wrist, I jumped onto the porcupine, hugged it, bit its neck apart, and started sucking its blood.
"*Surreal*, that's the only word that came out of my mouth as i continued to drink it, it tastes like subtle, sweet with a tinge of fieriness in it"
I concluded, "Totally worth it. I don't know if vampires are allowed to drink blood at such a young age, but damn, it's delicious compared to that bland milk. Yuck, I wonder why do babies like it so much?*maybe all other babies are just dumb" I stored the blood in a milk bottle.
"I kind of a feel like an young adult who started drinking? hehehehe Can you think how much of a *coolass badboy* will i become when i become a hot teenager?"
'Since, when did i care about such things? Weird something has definitely changed within me'
Just as I was thinking, all the holes in my butt were healing, and *most of them started closing*.
"Looks like the healing factor is increasing. Must be the vampire abilities kicking in. I should probably hunt more animals to increase my base strength, as the awakening ceremony takes place at five years old. Talent awakening provides the latent potential to which an individual can grow. Until then, I should increase my physical and mental strength."
Vampires have superior senses, strength, agility, and regeneration, and as the vampire grows older, my abilities become magnified; this is the reason why primordial vampires or the first generation of vampires are considered to be a legend.
"Guess its time to go back home, hmm let me write down a few of these symbols down. Maybe I may find any secrets about this place"
Before dusk, I left the forest, noticing the sleeping guard as his shift was ending. Secretly entering the gate, I went to the garden, tied a rope with one of the porcupine's bones, flew it into the balcony, and went up.
As soon as I entered my room, I jumped onto the cradle and slept like a baby.
