Sergeant K barked out an order. 

The wolves reluctantly backed away but the wolf beside Luo Yi had yet to release his jaw. 

"Get your fucking teeth off, brat!" 

Just then, did the wolf backed away. Luo Yi could literally feel the sensation of fangs unhinged from her flesh, sliding off so smoothly like a knife to a butter. 

She choked out a gasp as it slid out and she slumped down. Her whole body trembled, shaking so hard. 

Luo Yi tried to push herself up but her arms were so weak that she was unable to support herself. 

The man strode towards her. His heavy boots thumped, sinking into the snow with every step he took. 

He had watched the situation from afar, a frown was permanent on his face. Grinding his teeth against the butt of the cigarette, he raised one of his eyebrows when he noticed something unusual. 

The vampiress only defended herself. Never attacking.
