Chapter seventeen

Lucian's pov;

I couldn't control myself anymore, her sturbboness were getting on my nerves. I used my super speed and pushed her to the wall while holding her neck. Suddenly I started chocking her and my golden irises were glowing really bright.

"Don't make me regret this, just go, " I said then I released a growl to scare her even more.

She was still holding my arm, then looked at me with those brown eyes. "No, Lucian you're not the only one trying to be nice, I see you're in pain, just let me help you, " She said struggling to breathe.

My eyes went back to normal, and what she just brought me back. I slowly let go of her, then I sat on the bed regretting what I have just done. Damn it! She's your wife dude and scared her so much. I thought to myself.

She then walked close to me. "Take... Your shirt off, " She said.

I obeyed and slowly I took of my shirt. It hurt a little bit since the whip was deep and it caused the material to be intact with my skin. Finally it was off my body. When I stared back at Hazel, she was just gazing at me. It was like she was turned into a statue. She stared at my mascular chest, then my perfectly shaped abs which were a bit hidden under my pants, when she finally reached to my groin. I just smiled, I'm used to that women gazing at my body and saying that I don't look human. "So are you just gonna to stare at me or... Do first aid? " I asked distracting her.

"Oh, yeah... I'm gonna do first aid, " She said then took the bowl and the towel.

"Lay on your stomach, " She instructed. But I had to bend and remove my shoes. I was really struggling, she then placed the bowl on the table beside the bed and bend down close to my feet.

"Let me Lucian, " She said calmly.

I had to let her instead of arguing with her.

Really if she left me there I would have had to endure that pain until my demon powers heal me, it would have been a great nightmare. After I laid on my stomach, she started attending to my wounds. She was so gentle, but the medicine was a bit itchy, but I had to endure it. She then started crying. I quickly turned after her second sobbing.

"What is it? Why are you crying? " I asked, then sat up to look at her proper. I never have wanted her to be sad making her to cry this much, especially today it's a lot, I hate to see her like this.

I then rubbed a tear from her eyes.

"It's just that... Why didn't you let someone else take your punishment, look what happ5 to you, you have wounds, you're hurt and you father doesn't even give a shit about it, " She said sobbing really hard and it was like rainfall coming out of her eyes. I took the bowl and placed it on the table. "I just couldn't let someone else take my punishment, I had to take responsibility for my mistakes Hazel, " I answered her.

"But why can't they just care and love you? " She asked again.

"Welcome to my world Hazel, I have never been loved, I have never experienced s mother's love... "

"But being with you, I'm starting to know what love is, " I said then moved close to her.

"I'm so lucky to have to you " I added whispering to her ear. She then wiped her tears. And suddenly I she threw her arms around my neck and hugged me. I was surprised but hugged her back, I held her so close I didn't want her to let go of me.

"Please don't cry because of me, everything is gonna be fine, I promise it won't happen again wife, " I state still holding her.

She finally calmed down. I let go of her then I slightly pushed her to lay on the bed, then got on top of her, I pinned her arms to the sheets, I then leaned close to her face, I rubbed my nose to hers, she just smiled then i moved to her neck and started kissing her and licking hersaid then I let go of her arms and I supported my weight using my hands. She was really feeling good since she released a moan, she bit her lower lip to try and control it. Hazel then placed her hands on my wounded back, she dipped her fingers, then stopped.

"Lucian I haven't finished cleaning your wounds, " She said then tried to push me off her.

"It's not hurting anymore, " I said while kissing her wish bones moving close to her chest. I then git my hands inside her dress and started touching her thighs.

"Lucian no, get off, " She said chuckling.

"Alright, " I said then kissed her temple then got off her.

She cleaned my wounds happily and we chatted while it to, I really felt much better.

Hazel's pov;

As I was sitting outside the entry to our quarters, thoughts kept coming in my head. Why is Lucian living with people who don't even care about him? Can't we just leave this place and go live somewhere else which is peaceful. All I want is happiness for our marriage. Still lost in my thoughts, I heard someone's footsteps, I then turned only to find Pierre standing right behind me. His nose was covered with a white thing, and he was limping a bit. Lucian really did good thing beating him up,because he deserves it but I wonder what he said to provoke Lucian.

"Hey princess what you doing in the cold, " He asked. I knew that was an act of presence. "You can have my coat, " He said removing his long red coat. When he was about to put it on my shoulder, I quickly stepped away from him feeling disgusted.

"Thank you Pierre but I'm fine, " I said then I turned to him and smiled so that he wouldn't insist on it again.

"Alright, so I admire what you did at the training site, you know you could have also been punished if it wasn't that you were stopped... " He said then looked at a nearby pillar. I just stared at him with a questioning look.

"I mean in Malecius kingdom, no one goes against the rules of the king, or otherwise you would be killed, he wouldn't care if you're his wife, " He said then looked back at me with those green blue eyes.

"Even if I have to die, then let me die in the place of someone's that I love, " I said meaning every word.

His smile suddenly faded. "But why him, he doesn't deserve this much love Hazel, " He said then took my hand in him. I was just playing along to see his acts.

"Then who does? You?" I asked.

"Pierre you don't even deserve any love, you're hurtless and always cause trouble and you love no one else but your fucking self, " I said then withdrew my hand from his hold.

We really should leave this place! I think to myself. Then in flash someone came behind me and held my waist, pulling me away from him. When turned my head and only to find my Lucian.

"Stay away from her you crazy! "He said glaring at him with a cold expression.

Pierre just stared at me. " Don't worry little brother, I was just leaving, "he said then walked away from us.

I just sighed then turned back to Lucian.

" Thanks Lucian, "I said.

He just nodded." Wait why aren't you asleep? You're not feeling well, "I said then held his arm.

" I am fine don't worry, the maids had to change the bloody bed sheets, I couldn't sleep in them,and I can't sleep without you close to me"he explained.

He then pulled me closer still holding my waist.

" Lucian aren't you tired of this place, all the hatred, it's getting too much, "I said looking into those golden irises.

" Believe me I am tired of this hell, but there will come a day that we will leave this place and find out own where we can start our own kingdom and make our family grow...i promise that wife, "he said still holding me in his hands.

" Let's go sleep you are even more tired than I am, "he said then we walked together back to our room.
