---Hogsmeade----

Harry is sitting inside the train with Hermione, Neville and Ron. It is Hogwarts Express which runs only on an special occasions for wizard students. Even though Harry is a transmigrated person he doesn't feel any attachment towards it. He is planning how to spend his Christmas vacation.

" Who is coming to pick you up Harry? You never go to your aunt's house during Christmas vacation. Mostly you stay in Hogwarts during Christmas celebration," Hermione said to Harry. She didn't believe her friends are going to their house for Christmas. Mostly Harry and Ron stay in Hogwarts.

"Let's see my uncle will come to pick me up if he is free. But I would like to take wizard bus if he doesn't get my letter on time or if he is busy somewhere," Harry said to Hermione. He never sent a letter to his aunt's house. He will give them a nasty surprise. Then he will leave for his own house.

"Due to recent incidents Mom wants everyone to come back home for Christmas vacation. She is still angry on me about the car incident. Even Fred and George are going this year," Ron said to Hermione and Harry. He is afraid that her mother will give him a nice lecture about it.

"This year is almost crazy like last year. But it ended sooner than the last time. Sometime I feel like we are cursed," Hermione said to her friends. She always feel something is wrong whenever the Halloween arrives.

" Don't worry about it Hermione. It was just a coincidence. It is not like we are going to face terrible things in our next five years in Hogwarts," Ron said to Hermione. He reassured her that everything is fine.

"This year is not finished yet. We still have five months left to complete our second year. Who knows how much wizard world may change by the time," Harry said to them. He has so many plans for wizarding world. He is waiting for the best opportunity.

"Only seers may know about future. If you want to become one then you have to take divination classes next year," Neville said to them. He wants to know about his parents future.

"Well someone is going to date in this Christmas. I can predict that much," Hermione said to them. She wants to see Harry's reaction on this matter. Neville and Ron also looked at him.

"Whole school knows about it. Tell me something new Hermione," Harry said to Hermione. He looked at her. But she pouted when doesn't found the desired result.

"I am not a seer, sorry to disappoint you," Hermione told Harry. She wants to tease him like how he teased her in last month about Ron.

"Did you heard about Lucius Malfoy? Draco's father is in deep shit," Ron said to them. He heard some news about Lucius. Draco always bragged about his father in front of him. And degraded ron's father many times in front of him.

" What happened to him? I heard from Grandma that due to his reckless decision he is facing some inquiry against him. Magic Government is upset with him recently," Neville said to them. Her grandma told him about it. It all happened when Harry was in Saint Mungo's hospital.

" He is removed from the board of governors of our school. I heard it from Percy. He keeps tab on this kind of political things," Ron said to them. Harry heard it today but it is a good news for him.

"I don't care whatever happens with Lucius or Draco," Harry said to them. They are small prey for him now. He is waiting for voldermort to come back.

" Harry don't forget about the Christmas celebration with my family. Father will come and pick you up," Ron said to him. Yesterday he got a letter in which his parents told him to remind Harry about his visit.

" I will come on the set time. Don't worry about picking me up. I will directly floo to your house before Christmas," Harry said to Ron. He omitted the part of changing his house.

" Are you sure, Harry? If you didn't come on time I will send my father to pick you up," Ron said to Harry. He is surprised at first but didn't paid much attention to Harry's words. Muggles don't have a floo network.

" I will arrive on time," Harry said to Ron. Ron looked at Hermione to ask the same question.

" If you are going to invite me in your house during Christmas. Then it is impossible this year. I am going to my relatives house with my parents," Hermione said to Ron before he can ask the same question.

They discussed their christmas plan with each other during their journey. Ron told Harry that his whole family will be together this time.

------Train station------

In the station Harry met Hermione's parents, Arthur and Molly Weasley. He got a reminder about his future visit. He reassured them that he can come to their house without a problem. After saying goodbye to Hermione, Ron and other Weasleys. Harry took the wizard bus to go to a bus stand which will be near to his aunt's house.

'Shall I scare them a little. I have to tell them that I am leaving their place for my own good,' Harry thought in his mind. The bus came to stop when he was lost in his thoughts.

------Little whinging, surrey-----

Harry walked towards the house of Dursley. He is holding his Trunk in his right hand without straining himself. After sometime he is standing in front of the door. He knocked on the door for few times.

Petunia Evans Dursley opened the door. She is shocked to see harry at this time. She knows that he will not waste any time of his freedom in her house. So why is he here?

"Who is on the door Petunia?" Vernon Dursley asked from inside. He is doing the lunch with his family.

"He is back before his summer vacation," Petunia said to Vernon loudly. After he heard her words. He rushed towards the door.

Vernon is followed by Dudley Dursley. Both are equally surprised by Harry's visit.

"Freak is back. You just came back to cause more problem. Never mind you should stay where you belong without causing us any problem," Vernon said to Harry. He grabbed Harry by his shoulder and wanted to put him under the stairs where he used to live during his childhood.

But something unexpected happened when he couldn't move Harry. The little boy smiled at them.

"Surprise. How do you like it? Uncle !!! Aunt!!! Cousin!!! Sorry I forgot that I used to live here. Hahahahahaha," Harry said to them. They are surprised by his laughter.

Harry removed the hand of Vernon from his shoulder without any effort. He just walked inside. He went and sat on the dining table.

"Sorry for interrupting but I am hungry. Would you please serve the food. I forgot to tell you about my prison visit," Harry said to them. His action surprised Dursley family.

"What do you think you are doing boy? I am not afraid of freaks like you," Vernon said to Harry. He is angry on Harry. Petunia and Dudley watched Vernon and Harry in silence.

"Freaks like me you say. I am the only freak you should worry about right now, stupid man. Now serve the food you filthy pig," Harry said to Vernon. His words are sharp which surprised the whole family.

"What kind of person you are? Calling your uncle a filthy pig? How dare you?" Petunia said to Harry. She is angry on the little boy for disrespecting his husband.

"Why I shouldn't call him a pig. Only filthy pig calls their sister in law's son a freak. I am returning the favour, lady. I have served you long enough. Now you can't even serve me one time food. Both of your parents would be ashamed of you right now and for past 13 years," Harry said to them. His words shocked his aunt's family.

"What do you want from us? I can't bear you anymore before my sight," Vernon said to Harry. His left is twitching with irritation.

" For now just serve the food. Then you have to sign a legal document. After that you have no legal custody of mine. I will become independent and you will get rid of my burden. Now serve me food before I do something drastic. I don't fear the magic government or your government. Keep that in your mind," Harry said to them. He looks damn serious about his words.

Petunia didn't pursue the matter and started to serve him. Vernon didn't said anything this time. Dudley wanted to say something but after he saw his parents are keeping quiet, so does he.

For few minutes there is an absolute silence between them. Only the sounds of spoons are heard.

"Nothing is impossible you see. We can eat like a normal family," Harry said after he finished the food. Hedwig came through the window with some papers at the same time .

Harry gave her some food. Then he gave the legal paper to petunia and vernon to sign it. He didn't wait for them to finish the food. Hedwig flew after she finished the treats given by Harry.

Vernon and petunia signed the documents. Harry got up from the dining table.

"Where will you go after leaving our house?" Petunia asked Harry. Even though she hated her sister. Somewhere deep down she still loved her dead sister. But deep down in heart she knew that it is last time Harry visited them.

Vernon and Dudley also looked at Harry for answers. Harry smiled and took his Trunk and it disappeared in his hands.

"Don't worry I will not come back. I am not a merciless person. I am going to my home," Harry said to them. And he walked out of their house. As soon as he came out he dispelled the blood wards around the house. He doesn't have anything valuable in that house. So he didn't took anything from there.

Vernon and petunia discussed about the recent behaviour of Harry. Vernon is happy that the freak left his house without a trouble.

-----Potter's House-----

Harry appeared on the place where his grandparents used to live. An house elf appeared near him. Harry gave his Trunk to him. And he happily carried it.

"Master Potter is back. I am so happy," The house elf said to Harry.

" Grandparents house is the nicest place in earth," Harry said to himself. He walked inside and house elf started to follow him from behind.
