Chapter 14 Madara is innocent!!!

The whole Gryffindor team is practicing with their new Nimbus 2001. Angelina, Katie, Alicia and Harry were shocked when Oliver gave them the Latest Nimbus model. When Harry asked who send it. They told him it is a gift from a faithful friend of Harry Potter. Harry immediately understood who send it. It is Grindelwald. He is the only person who has the most faith in him.

After practicing for their match they went to the Gryffindor common room. Oliver informed them about morning practice. Everybody knew about it so there was not a problem among them.

------DMLE office-----

-------Later that day-------

Reporters are waiting for Amelia Bones to get the answer of the yesterday events. Rita skeeter and many other journalists are present in front of DMLE office.

Amelia Bones walked outside to give answers to the questions of Reporters.

"Please ask question one by one or I show you the door. Is that clear to you," Amelia Bones said to the reporters. She will not tolerate any misbehaving reporters.

"Who do you think is responsible for the attack on werewolves?" Rita skeeter is the one

who asked her. She is standing on the front row.

"According to the recent evidence provided by Mr. Moody. It is a young man named Madara uchiha. We found nothing with his name. No lead what so ever. Whatever he does he leave behind a mark for his activity," Amelia said to the Reporters. She tried to ask records of Madara from other magical government but there is no evidence against him.

" Why did he kill 13 werewolves? Even if they are death eaters. They should be put behind the bars and judge by the ministry of magic. Madara is not above law. What you have to say about this matter?" Another reporter asked Amelia. The rapid fire round started for Amelia. She doesn't like death eaters but she has to answer as a department chief.

"I can assure you he is not above the law. For why he killed the death eater werewolves. It is a mystery. One of the main reason we can say is that his family must have been killed by death eaters during the previous war. He might have been back for revenge," Amelia Bones said to Reporters. She couldn't blame Madara for what he is doing. A lot of people became orphan during the previous war. Most of the death eaters are still free after they bribed the ministry.

"What he want to accomplish by killing others?" Another reporter asked her.

" Have you not paying attention. I told you it is all about revenge. Fenrir greyback terrorized many people lives. He forcefully made many people werewolves. He only tortured him but gave a quick death to other twelve werewolves. Only thing we can think of now is he wants revenge," Amelia said to the reporter. She doesn't like to repeat her answer.

"Madam bones, I want to know why there is a mark above Hogwarts? It also appeared on the same day as Hogsmeade," Rita skeeter asked her. No one knows about Hogwarts incident but she knew about it from a student who informs her about the recent events in Hogwarts.

"He attacked Dumbledore on the same day. But from our reports he didn't wanted to kill him but he wanted a certain artifact. And with a great regret I tell you that he already obtained it. No students are attacked or harmed by him," Amelia Bones said to reporters She doesn't want to tell this incident but Rita somehow discovered it. No point in hiding it.

"What is that magical artifact?" Another reporter asked her.

" Dumbledore didn't reveal anything about the magical artifact," Amelia said to reporters. How can she tell them, when moody and Dumbledore are silent about the artifact even from her.

"If Dumbledore is not safe from him. Who is safe from him?" A foreign reporters asked her.

" He didn't directly attack Dumbledore. He attacked him when Headmaster of Hogwarts is sleeping. According to his reports he has a weird spells which can blocks Apparition of any level. He can bypass any walls. And we know nothing about him which makes him deadly for any wizard in the world," Amelia Bones said to Reporters. She cannot say he blocked a Phoenix's teleportation. No one ever did that in history. But she can say he is very deadly for other wizards.

" What is the ministry going to do about him?" A reporter who is in the back row asked her. But before Amelia can answer the question a figure appeared behind Amelia Bones. He is wearing a white mask with three commas on it. And he is wearing a Akatsuki black robe with red clouds on it.

" Hello everyone. I am Madara uchiha," Madara said with a deep voice. Amelia looked back at him. Aurors started to fire spells on him. But he pass through them like he is a ghost.

" No need to waste your magic. I am not here. I am just an illusion and the real me is playing somewhere else," Madara walked towards Amelia and passed through her body like an illusion.

Amelia signalled aurors to drop the idea of attacking him.

" What is your motives behind your action?" Rita asked first. She wants to know about this mysterious person.

"You must be talking about my action against Fenrir greyback. I just killed him because I didn't like the idea of leaving him alive. Nothing good comes by keeping him alive. Your government should have killed that cannibal a long time ago. I am not against the werewolves but Fenrir and his followers are a special case. He eats human flesh even in his human form," Madara said to the reporters. His words put the terror among them. They heard only stories about Fenrir but no one knew he eats human flesh.

"Why didn't you call aurors?" Another reporter asked him.

"I don't believe in ministry of magic anymore. I stopped believing in them a long time ago. If Aurors will catch the Fenrir. Then his friends will bribe the ministry and they will be free again. Where did the ministry put their 12 year old saviour a month ago? If I remember correctly he was in Azkaban. If you want me to believe in such government then you are idiots," Madara said to them in their faces. Even Aurors and Amelia agreed with some of his points. The reporter who asked him this question felt embarrassed by his own question.

"Many people will loses their family, friends and even villages if ministry doesn't ensure the protection of wizards and witches. Ministry is for our safety and their law protects us," A reporter objected on the statement of Madara. Finally a question which Madara is waiting to go in a pain mode.

"What about my family? My friends? My village? All of them died a painful death when they were under the protection of your ministry. I was just a small child. Death eaters are nothing but only the people who causes more death. When people all around you will die and the only person who is alive is you. Then you can understand my pain," Madara's answer blew away the confidence of many people to object against his statement.

"I am sorry for your lose Mr. Uchiha. But could you tell me what you did after your loses. And why you attacked Dumbledore. He is not against you," Rita asked him. She doesn't want to anger this guy. But she has a job to finish.

"I am waiting for a special event. Dumbledore had something which belonged to my ancestor. Dumbledore snatched it from the previous dark lord Gellert grindelwald for keeping it safe from everyone. I only claimed my ancestor's legacy. I did nothing wrong it is my family duty. For fulfilling my family duty I fought with Dumbledore. By killing cannibals I did a great favour to everyone. If you want to put me behind the prison for saving many future lives. You are welcome to catch me, if you can," Madara said to them. Even Amelia started to doubt after Madara's claim. If whatever Madara said is true, she cannot charge him.

"What you wanted to say about the mark? You are leaving behind," Rita asked him. She doesn't know how to portray Madara in the next edition of the daily prophet.

"You will see another mark soon enough. I have to claim another legacy of my ancestor. I am going to raid the gaunt house. The house of thieves who took another of my ancestor's legacy," Madara said to them. He loves to tell them and do it immediately after that.

" Why tell us if you can do it in secret?" Amelia asked him curiously. Many people keep secret about their activity.

"I am not robbing anyone. I am taking back what belongs to me. Anyway all the gaunt family is dead. What they will do with my ancestor's legacy?" Madara said to them. His words are like piercing truth.

"Drop all the charges against me. I am not against government but I don't like the way they work. I saved so many lives that day in Hogsmeade by killing cannibals. You should award me with the order of Merlin instead of acting against me. Even Dumbledore didn't put charges against me. I will personally meet and clarify his doubts if he want," Madara said to Amelia. He can play their word games for them.

By this time all the people are not sure what kind of man Madara is truly. He potrayed himself as a hero rather than a villian.

"Facts are against us but it will not change the fact that you attacked Dumbledore by passing the Hogwarts security," Amelia said to Madara. Who put his hand on his chin as if thinking something.

"I have a lot of chance to kill him. But I didn't kill him. I didn't harm any students or professor. The only people I killed till now are cannibals," Madara said and his illusion body dissolved and the mark of uchiha appeared above DMLE office.

Amelia Bones doesn't know how to react in such a situation. Madara proved himself almost innocent but still pranked them with a mark of uchiha above their office. She has to consult with other ministers about this unique case. She can only hope Cornelius fudge will agree with her.

Among reporters a foreign reporter walked outside towards a hidden alley. He disappeared in a smoke as soon as he reached out of everyone's eye.
