15 years passed as I lived a leisurely life with Cinder, Neo, and Cortana. We all kept our aging frozen once we hit 17, so that we would blend in when we went to Beacon. I gave all 3 a golem like body like mine, since we were all spiritual entities now. Even if their bodies die, it's not really a big deal since their souls are all safe in the soulscape. All 4 of us could take on Salem and her cronies and win, alone. We decided we would seal our abilities though so that we can have fun at Beacon. After Cinder and Neo grew up, they decided they loved both me and Cortana as well, and we all entered a polyamourous relationship. With our souls being connected, it was kind of inevitable. We all got married in a private ceremony, and decided not to marry others in the future. Instead, we decided in the future we'll marry in groups of 4 but be polyamorous with anyone in our family.
We traveled the world of Remnant, we had been to Mistral, Atlas, Vale, Vacuo, and even Menagerie. On Menagerie though I simply shapeshifted us into faunus so that we wouldn't be hassled by the locals. We even snuck around the Grimmlands, learning all about Salem's territory as well as seeing old relics from civilizations that fell to ruin.
I also snuck around and learned about the abilities and composition of the 4 great relics. The Relic of Knowledge was pretty useless to me, as I can effectively get any answers between my Clairvoyance, Kaleidoscope, and Inspired Inventor. The Relic of Creation was useless because of my Creation skill, and the Relic of Destruction was useless because I have countless ways to destroy things. The Relic of Choice was also useless to me because of Clairvoyance, which can achieve future sight. I'm starting to realize Clairvoyance may be one of my strongest powers. Maybe I will boost it soon.
During my travels I also managed to copy a vast array of useful semblances, on the off chance they prove useful or I want to give them to somebody. I even manage to understand how to recreate Silver Eyes, Ozma's immortality, as well as Salem's immortality. I copied Salem, Ozma, and the Four Maidens' magical abilities as well. It was interesting learning how they used magic, and how they received their immortality. I could now give anyone those forms of immortality as well, but I think if I gave it as they are it might be a curse more than a blessing.
While Salem and Ozma seemed to know a great deal of magic, I was curious about the kind of things that an entire civilization of magic users could accomplish. I used the Kaleidoscope to spy on the past, and learned all the secrets that magic was capable of before the Gods took away magic from humanity.
I also learned all of the possibilities of technology that Remnant could reach, both past and present. While my technological abilities are far beyond anything Remnant has produced, it's still interesting. Penny Polendina the android was quite interesting. An automaton with a soul. In exchange for letting me study her, I fixed Pietro's soul and gave Penny the ability to switch between an android and human form.
I experimented with dust quite a bit as well. I managed to find a way to infuse it into the human body, allowing me to boost the human body with the power of magic. If I spread this method around humanity would grow quite a bit stronger. But eh I don't feel like spreading it. With some of my research, I managed to make a special item called a Dust Seed. If I plant it in the ground, it will burrow deep and soon Dust will start spawning throughout the planet as long as mana is present. This could be dangerous for the planet on a low mana world, so I would only consider doing this on a world with a high mana concentration. I also found a method to simply turn mana directly into dust. So I'll never be short on Dust.
The most interesting set of abilities I gained though during my travels was that of the Grimm. Salem was a Grimm-Human hybrid, and she possessed all kinds of control over Grimm. I learned how to fuse Grimm and Human together, as well as make any kind of Grimm myself. Using a few charges of Power Manipulation, I was even able to make it so that I can make my own Grimm pools. Now I have an army at my command that I can grow rapidly. And Grimm spawned by my pools are only loyal to me.
..
With all the knowledge I have been able to gather, I decided to make a body that was the culmination of everything Remnant had to offer. It was a Grimm/Human/Android/Faunus hybrid body. From the Android side, it was a fully modifiable body, capable of interfacing and integrating with most technology. From the Grimm side, it possessed the ability to shapeshift at will, disperse into a black dust like form, and hyper regeneration. From the Human side, it possessed the ability to channel Aura, as well as Magic. I also embedded dust into every cell that the body had, allowing the body to replicate the effects of any kind of dust at minimal mana cost. The body also had the power of the silver eyes. From the Faunus side, I gathered the DNA of countless faunus and integrated the best traits from all the ones I encountered. The body had night vision and advanced hearing like any other faunus, and could sprout any other Faunus traits on demand due to the shapeshifting. It could have wings to fly, fins and gills to swim, tails to shoot venom with (like Tyrion), shoot webbing like a spider, grow scales like armor, and more. I even used some plant DNA to give the body the ability to perform photosynthesis. It was the perfect culmination of everything I learned over the years.
What did I do with this body though? Nothing. I put it in a trophy case. I just felt like it'd be cool to make. I can do all of those things the body can do even without a physical body. Maybe every time I visit a new world, I can gather everything worthwhile from it and make a body or two.
Due to being overpowered, and immortal, all four of us have developed a pretty apathetic attitude to others. We do what we want, but we don't really care too much about improving the lives of humanity as a whole. Just our friends, if we make any.
Now with all the time that has passed, it's time to go to Beacon! I watched with the Kaleidoscope to see how much I have derailed the plot. Surprisingly, it seems like not by a huge margin! Ren and Nora are still going to be hunters, apparently inspired by me. There seems to be another woman named Ella that took the place of Cinder. She acts just like the evil Cinder did, has Mercury and Emerald as her cronies, and even managed to steal half of the Fall maiden's power despite my warning. Roman Torchwick is still robbing Dust, and it seems like he has some other assistant that helps him escape named Vanilla. Ruby even thwarted Torchwick's robbery and is now headed for Beacon. Is there some kind of corrective force that keeps plot on track in the world? Even though the backgrounds are less tragic, a lot of the plot seems to be on schedule. Time to cash in that favor from Qrow.
Y/N [On the scroll with Qrow]: "Hey Qrow, I'm here to cash in my favor. Can you get me and these 3 *gestures to Cinder, Neo, and Cortana* into Beacon this year?"
Qrow: "Yeah I can get you in, you still gotta go through initiation though."
Y/N: "That's fine by us, I'll send you our details."
Qrow: "Hey while you're there, do you mind looking after Ruby, Yang, and Weiss Schnee for me?"
Y/N: "Ruby and Yang I understand, but why do you want me looking after this Weiss Schnee?"
Qrow: "Oh uh.. I kinda got married. To her older sister. So she's like my sister-in-law now."
Y/N: "Oh. Wow, congratulations. Yeah I'll keep an eye out for them. See ya."
Qrow: "Thanks Y/N. See ya"
So that was surprising. Fixing Qrow's semblance seems to drastically have changed Winter's destiny. I peeked at her life through the Kaleidoscope. I see, so now she's not a Specialist in Atlas, she just teaches at Signal, along with Qrow, Taiyang, and Summer. Seems like they're living quite an idyllic life. Good for them. The poor guy was dealt a pretty bad hand with his semblance before.
Now that we were headed to Beacon, I needed to pick a semblance. I wanted it to be pretty diverse and I wanted to feel cool using it. I think I'm going to go to Beacon and say that the Dying Will Flames are my semblance, all 8 flames of the sky. I simply bought them from the shop, and after analyzing the abilities with my Biokinesis I could recreate them. When I told Cinder, Neo, and Cortana (henceforth if I refer to those three I will say CNC), they wanted to use some too. When I awakened their Dying Will Flames, they found that their affinities were:
Cortana: Lightning Primary and Rain Secondary
Cinder: Storm Primary and Sun Secondary
Neo: Mist Primary and Cloud Secondary
With me having all 8, including the Sky flames, they effectively bonded with me as my guardians. Through our bond, they gained the ability to use all 8 flames, albeit at a much weaker level than their original affinities.
Time to go along with the plot. After we all got into our golem bodies made to pose as ordinary hunters-in-training, I teleported us all into Vale. We decided we'd take the Bullhead to Beacon the old fashioned way.
On the bullhead there, we saw a lot of the main cast. There was Pyrrha trying to hide from everyone else in a corner. There was Jaune vomiting in a bin. Blake seemed to be reading a book and hiding her face. Ren was busy looking after Nora. I saw Ruby and Yang chatting along too. As I glanced towards them, Ruby seemed to notice my gaze and turn towards us. She seemed to vaguely recognize us, and came up to us.
Ruby: "Excuse me, have we met somewhere? You look really familiar to me for some reason."
Y/N: "A long time ago, I brought back your mother and gave you a cookie."
Ruby: "Oh yeah! That cookie tasted great. Do you have anymore? Do you want to be friends?"
Y/N: "Sure haha. Here's some cookies (I just created some with my [Creation] ability and made it seem like it was in my bag).
Ruby: "OMG you carry around cookies. I feel like you are the coolest person ever. Thank you!"
Yang: "Hey aren't you that old hag? Why haven't you aged at all?"
CNC seemed to laugh at this.
I felt my eye twitch.
Y/N: "WHO YOU CALLING AN OLD HAG. My hair is just naturally this color. I think it looks nice."
Yang: "Yeah yeah whatever you say grandma. But for real though you looked 17 like when I was a kid and you still do."
Suddenly we were interrupted by a very loud Nora running into us, with Ren following behind.
Nora: "HEY! You're the cool witch lady who saved our village a few years ago right! WOW are you secretly some kind of immortal succubus witch who sucks out the life of young impressionable men to maintain her youth? Are ya? Are ya?"
Ren: "Forgive her for being so rude. Thank you for saving our village all those years ago. But it is true, you haven't aged a day."
Y/N: "I can leap forward through time. Whenever I got bored, I leapt forward. So in my perspective it hasn't been that long since we saw each other."
Everyone sweat drops.
Yang: "That's...one weird ability and reason to use it."
Ruby: "Well at least now we get to have fun together at school! We'll be the best hunter-pals ever!"
Nora: "YEAH!"
Ren: "Why do I have a feeling my life will get more tiresome?" He sobbed in a corner.
I took the moment to introduce my companions.
Y/N: "Hey guys, these are my girlfriends (felt like it would be awkward to say wives to a bunch of teenagers) Cortana, Cinder, and Neo."
Everyone greeted each other and we talked and got to know each other along the way to Beacon. 3
Once we arrived at Beacon, we all split up. As we (CNC and Y/N) were looking around, we heard a large explosion. We walked towards it and saw Ruby on the ground, Weiss was berating her. But she also seemed to be genuinely worried about Ruby? Oh yeah if Qrow married Winter then Weiss would be Ruby and Yang's...aunt? Not sure how family trees work. I guess that will make them get along a lot better at the start than canon. I could see Blake over there thinking about stepping in but realizing that Weiss was being nice to Ruby. I could practically hear the gears in her brain grinding against each other as the cognitive dissonance of seeing a Schnee being nice was trying to register in her brain. She walked away frustratedly. Seeing no need to intervene, we walked into the auditorium. Ozpin gave his boring speech and then we were off to bed waiting for initiation tomorrow.
[Time Skip]
As we went to our lockers to get our weapons (Ours are always in our inventory but due to school rules we put a copy in our lockers so that we don't get in trouble), we saw Jaune getting shot down by Weiss and getting pinned to the wall by Pyrrha with her spear. We walked with Ruby, who seemed to be freaking out about teams. She asked us if she could be on our team. I told her that the 4 of us were going to be a team, so no. She looked sad but understood, then she started yelling at Yang for implying she didn't want to be on a team with her.
We made our way to the launch pad, and Oz made his generic initiation speech. We got launched away. Since teams were determined by eye contact, I simply made Night Flames to teleport all of us next to each other.
In case you don't know what each flame is from the manga Katekyo Hitman Reborn, here are my skills for the flames:
=====[CUE MASSIVE INFO DUMP]
[Sky Flames] - Lvl MAX: The purest flame, orange in color, exemplifying the characteristics of "Harmony". The purest types of flames, can fuse with any type of Dying Will Flame, and able to bond with people of other flame types creating a Guardian Bond. Comes in two variants, "Soft", which is suitable for hovering, and "Hard", which have an explosive energy and are good for quick moments or raw bursts of power. If used for sealing, can create a very difficult to break form of Ice, called Zero Point Breakthrough. This technique can also be used to absorb the Dying Will Flames of others. While not standard, your version of the flames comes with the Vongola's Hyper Intuition, allowing you to have a very powerful intuitive ability making it easy to grasp new abilities or deduct all kinds of answers.
[Storm Flames] - Lvl MAX: Red flames that exemplify the characteristic of "Disintegration". These flames cause anything that they contact to decay and break apart.
[Rain Flames] - Lvl MAX: Blue flames that exemplify the characteristic of "Tranquility". These flames weaken, slow down, or even immobilize anything they touch. They can also cancel or negate other flames.
[Sun Flames] - Lvl MAX: Yellow flames that exemplify the characteristic of "Activation". These flames induce and improve the efficiency of any type of activity. Good for healing related tasks as they can increase things like blood flow or cell regeneration, or over stimulate muscles for a strength boost. Don't use it for cellular regeneration too much, otherwise much like Iryojutsu cells will die out.
[Lightning Flames] - Lvl MAX: Green flames that don't really look like flames at all, instead taking the appearance of electricity. They exemplify the characteristic of "Hardening", and are good for defensive tasks as they can reinforce things. They are quite sharp, useful for cutting things extremely finely. Also have the properties of actual electricity, making these flames quite versatile if you have a good understanding of physics and electromagnetism.
[Mist Flames] - Lvl MAX: Indigo flames that exemplify the characteristic of "Construction". These flames can make constructs using the flames, and also come in "Soft" and "Hard" forms, with the harder flames simply being denser and slower to utilize than the soft ones. These flames are suited for illusion, and can achieve many feats, even substituting for actual organs for example through the power of illusions and the flames.
[Cloud Flames] - Lvl MAX: Purple flames that exemplify the characteristic of "Propagation". These flames are good at multiplying or increasing anything. Can use the flames to cause things to rapidly grow in volume, or even multiply objects by splitting them up and filling in the difference with cloud flames.
[Night Flames] - Lvl MAX: Black flames that exemplify the characteristic of "Transportation". These flames are much stronger in density than all the other types. Useful for large explosive bursts of power, as well as for teleportation.
===============================
Now that that's sorted. I made eye contact with Cortana, and Cinder made eye contact with Neo. While we could teleport to the destination, we decided to show that we belong here and destroyed the Grimm along the way. Cinder would disintegrate every Grimm along our way with Storm Flames, boosting her movements with Sun flames. She played the role of our melee attacker. Cortana would draw the Grimm's attention, and use Rain flames to weaken them while simultaneously using Lightning flames to strengthen her defense. She played the role of a tank. Neo would use her Mist flames to confuse all the Grimm and line them all up so that we only got attacked by a Grimm when we could handle it, while simultaneously picking a few off stealthily. Cloud flames made maintaining her illusions on a large scale much easier. She played the role of our strategist as well as guerilla warfare. Meanwhile, I would just use Sky and Night flames to blow large chunks of them up, making me the heavy hitter.
We managed to make our way to the chess pieces, making sure to grab the same ones, and finished our initiation. Once we returned, we could see the soon to be teams RWBY and JNPR fighting out with their opponents as in canon. RWBY faced off against the Nevermore and JNPR against the Death Stalker. Finally as teams were being announced, we were called team LLLL, or Lavender, since all of our last names were L/N. Ruby and Jaune looked surprised to be made leaders, but unlike canon it seems Weiss seems a whole lot less angry about the situation.
We found our dorms, it seems like they were right next to teams RWBY and JNPR. That's convenient. We decorated our room, pushed all the beds together, and called it a night.
