Chapter 62

In the YGGDRASIL wiki, there exists a particular page that is visited by many, especially nowadays for a bunch of reasons. One of those reasons is probably because, this very page is pretty much dedicated to Raizel himself.

Obviously, the fact that Raizel is the most-liked Player in the entirety of the YGGDRASIL's community... and by that means, the most liked to be murdered, then it's really not that surprising to know that this exact page is not for displaying his greatness and achievements.

As narcissistic as Raizel is, he would probably not do or let someone do something like that anyway. He is shameless indeed, but not that shameless. The embarrassment he would receive from that, especially with how the community treats him would be horrendous.

In any case, to make the long explanation short, this specific page hates his existence. Extremely so.

It even shows that fact pretty clearly by showing and exploiting anything and everything that Raizel has to offer for everyone to look into. Literally, everything new about him, seen by everyone who encountered it, is recorded here. Almost nothing is missed.

One could argue that this is pretty much a fandom for him... and it is, just a weirder version of it that is.

Now given this site's existence, it's kind of understandable why Bob is pretty confident about winning the fight against Raizel cause apart from his more excellent raw stats, he also has knowledge of Raizel's overall capabilities.

Making him feel that he is prepared or at the very least, has a general idea of what's about to come. It's also the reason why upon their first clash...

[ Skill: Wrathful Dominion ]

Bob immediately summoned a domain-type skill that encompasses almost the majority of the current space they are in, and also, it has an effect that heavily counters Raizel's most significant and annoying 'asset'...

"... Hmm?"

[ You've been exposed to a Domain that inflicts Multiple negative effects. ]

[ Attempting to Resist the Domain's influence. ]

[ The trait of the World Enemy status that pierces through any Racial Defences is absolute. Resistance is not possible. ]

[ You have been affected. ]

"Well... that's not very nice," Raizel muttered as he glanced at the debuffs he immediately received upon Bob's skill activation.

"HA! YOU'RE F*CKED!" Now, realizing that he had successfully done what he was planning to do, Bob wasted no time and started attacking even more aggressively than before.

Making his presence extremely overwhelming, leaving Raizel no choice but to back off and go fully on defense.

Indeed, as surprising as it is, in the current state of this fight, Raizel is being pushed back. That fact is very undeniable. Anyone with a pair of working eyes could realize that pretty easily...

"HAHA!" Also explaining why the grin on Bob's face right now, is so damn wide.

Which is very reasonable. There's a reason why Raizel being pushed back is surprising, even for Bob himself. Well, he indeed planned for this and expected this to happen, but knowing Raizel, he still can't help but feel very surprised that it actually worked as he planned and did not just fail and crumble apart mid-way.

Besides, Raizel being pushed back and overwhelmed by a player sounds like wishful thinking throughout the community. It's been like this throughout these past years, that's just how everyone accepted that fact. So seeing the scene that many believe to be impossible, happen right in front of his eyes, is really... so gratifying.

Making himself lose and get dragged within the current of that satisfying feeling... albeit for a moment.

Cause Raizel being pushed back and overwhelmed doesn't equate to him being defeated already. That's why, as quickly as it comes, the grin on Bob's face disappears as he slowly realizes this very fact.

Cause for some reason, throughout this whole time, no matter how many attacks he had made...

*𝘚𝘞𝘖𝘖𝘚𝘏!*

Be it by his weapon...

[ Skill: Baneful Smite ]

[ Skill: Grasp of Domination ]

[ Skill: Chains of Eternal Wrath ]

Or any of his skills... Nothing landed at all. Not even a scratch.

Well, of course, AOE-type skills that have continuous damage effects and simply cannot be dodged due to the confined space they are in are an exemption but other than that, everything is missed.

And that's not even the worst part.

As their fight goes on, Raizel seems to have started adapting to Bob's fighting style as well. Cause as he dodges all the barrages of attacks, he is now starting to do some counterstrikes as well whenever the situation allows him to.

It does not deal huge damage like how it is usually due to Bob's insanely high defense stats, but If Raizel keeps doing this, it wouldn't be that long until he chips off a huge chunk of HP from him...

And for a World Enemy like Bob, an existence in which every drop of HP is everything since he has little to no means for recovering HPs due to his Boss status, this is such a critically huge deal.

"Shit!" A fact that made Bob extremely frustrated and agitated.

"STOP MOVING YOU F*CK!"

"JUST DIE ALREADY!"

*𝘚𝘞𝘐𝘐𝘚𝘏!*

"ARGH!!"

*𝘚𝘞𝘖𝘖𝘚𝘏!*

Bob started getting aggressive again as he launched more barrages of attack towards Raizel. But as a wise man once said, the more you lose your cool in a fight, the more predictable you become.

That's why even though Bob is more aggressive than before, Raizel still dodged everything thrown at him much easier despite being in a confined space and held back by multiple debuffs.

Now this aggressiveness on Bob's part and Raizel dodging them all will go on for a couple of minutes more. It will go on until Bob finally halts his rain of strikes for some reason, and does nothing but stare at Raizel, all while looking like he just got wronged.

Raizel who saw and noticed this sudden peculiar behaviour immediately stopped tumbling around and then landed a bit far from him.

"Did you suddenly sh*t yourself? Why are you looking at me like that?" Raizel asked confusedly

"You..." Bob started speaking in a pretty ominous tone as he pointed his finger towards Raizel.

"Me?"

"Yes, you. You were cheating. You're a cheater. That's why I can't hit you, you must be using some kind of script or something!" Bob suddenly burst out loud in a very incredulous manner.

Making Raizel, who's listening to his outburst, visibly cringe.

"Y- Yeah, that's right. That must be the reason. You f*cking cheater!"

"Bruh, you were huffing some serious amount of copium right there."

"Naah! Impossible! You were moving too precisely while dodging my attack. As if you know where the attack is coming from. You've been caught Raizel! You might've fooled the others, but not my eyes. I'm differ-"

*𝘞𝘖𝘖𝘚𝘏!*

Suddenly, while Bob is in the middle of his Outburst, getting caught in the heat of the moment, Raizel suddenly rockets himself toward his position and then thrusts forward his spear toward his head, piercing through it in the process.

"Ack- f*ck!" Making Bob halt whatever he's trying to say as he instinctively backs off and sloppily makes a counterattack.

*𝘚𝘞𝘖𝘖𝘚𝘏!*

Which Raizel easily dodged as he used Bob's large body to catapult himself away. Landing on his previous position before he launched the attack.

"You dirty b*tch! Not only do you cheat, but you also use underhanded methods like this."

"Well, did you seriously think that you are in a position where you can just have a heartwarming talk with me whenever you want?" Raizel said in a ridiculous tone as he started walking around, encircling Bob's position, putting the other party on guard.

"In any case, if I am really using some cheats, like what you implied, what are you gonna do then? Can you even do something about it?"

Raizel throws a question at Bob as he continues walking around. However, the deafening silence that he got after that seems to have answered his question already. A fact that made Raizel chuckle.

"... That's what I thought. Besides, did you really think that I would need to use cheats for the likes of you?" As Raizel said this, he finally stopped and stared directly at Bob.

"Huh? What do you mean by that?" Bob said in a low but with a hint of a threatening tone.

But his attempt for intimation only made Raizel laugh out loud.

"What do I mean by that? It's simple really. It means you're sh*t at this game. And as a World Enemy..." Raizel paused for a moment before speaking again in a much more serious tone.

"You are an embarrassment."
