1 The Beginning

"Ugh what the heck is going on here, where the hell am i anyway? Ah.. Ahhhh"

When James opened his eyes, but all he could see was the dark, unmoving world that surrounded him and suddenly, his head split open in pain. He clutched it between his hands and started screaming due to the unbearable pain that assaulted him. After a few minutes rolling around on the bed, the pain started to subsides. His eyes burst opened and many different memories suddenly assaulted him like a movie playing in high speeds.

It was as if he was reliving those memories, like they were his but at the same time they weren't. To be clear it wasn't a foreign feeling to him, back in his days with the Ghost Recon he was outfitted with a Direct Neural Interface. This piece of hardware was implanted in all members of the Ghost unit to communicates and hack all forms of electronics, from computers, servers, phones, security systems. It is also as an A.I that links up a heads-up display to your field of vision, they can switch to thermal, x-ray, or even identify equipment and display information about it when it is picked up by the user.

So when reviewing camera footage James would also view them in this manner, but the pain was something new, and he did not like it one bit. As a Ghost he was used to pain and all other messed up things that could be thrown at him, graduated West point at 19, went to MIT for grad school joined the Army right after and went to the Rangers assessment selection program. After becoming a member he was sent directly to Afghanistan and after 2 years of combat he was deployed to Iraq, went from private first class to corporal. He later earned his airborne tab, followed by sapper and sniper schools, he waisted no time and underwent the green berets selection process and eventually was selected to the 5th Special Forces Group.

He then saw action in Georgia, followed by consecutive missions in Cuba and Colombia. After a brief home stay he was recalled for a infiltration mission with the CIA to take down a terrorist organization that took responsibility for 10 attacks in Guam, they managed to trace the whereabouts of a high ranking member and he was currently residing in Tokyo Japan. James was tapped by the CIA, and approved by JSOC for 3 reasons, one James was an American born Japanese so he will be able to move undetected. His father recently retired as a surgeon and returned back to japan and to live and now serve as a medical consultant Tokyo Tama Hospital, his mother was an Ivy college linguistics professor but after following her husband to Tokyo opened her own English cram school.

Second reason, James had a strained relationship with his family, hence he could out in the field without being homesick or anything similar, the CIA preferred such operatives because they were mostly self reliant, and could go on with the mission without breaking down due loneliness. And third was both a weapons expert and possessed many desired skills for covert operations he was a accomplished hacker, seducing, and charismatic. he also speaks thirty languages, he can hide in plain sight or drop of the grid completely if need be. Infiltrate, assassinate, destabilize these were his trademark as a matter of fact he was often used a the bait during his Ghost missions.

After ironing all the logistics and the mission debriefs, he was dropped in Tokyo and given a low level technician job in the IT department of a company they believe the target worked at, he had the time frame of 9 months to make contact with the said target and surprisingly he did so in a mere 5 months. Soon he had formed a friendship with him and became a regular at his apartment, where he kept a personal server with all the information needed to follow the organization he works for. One night the perfect opportunity presented itself, Aito Himura the target ran across the hall to get some beers from his neighbor and left James who now go by the name Takeo Ichinose in the house by himself, using this small window of time he quickly uploaded a virus in the server that allowed him to have a backdoor entrance into the network.

After leaving the targets apartment he made his way home. Once there he decided to use his DNI to access the files and get the information he needed to fulfill his mission. As soon as he connected to the network, he quickly followed a trail that led him to the vast amount of data in the organization's Network, the immense ocean of data contained within immediately assaulted him, his brain wasn't able to handle this overload and resulted in him suffering a massive and fatal brain aneurysm.

But to his surprise he suddenly wakes up in this dark place, and based on the memories from earlier, he was in the body of a test subject in a world where magic and science coexisted together. He currently was in the body of subject A-001, he was a augmented human made using both egg and sperm of two unknown man and woman with a tremendous amount of magical talent. Then he was genetically altered from the earliest possible moment possible to strengthen his disposition for magic, the genetic materials needed for these subjects came from the secret stash of female eggs and male sperms that were smuggled out of the Kunlunfang Institute by a disgruntled high ranking member eight hours before the fall of the institute and subsequently Dahan itself.

The name of the man who orchestrated this risky heist was Shùn Sū Jū, he was a prominent researcher and former major in the military. He was also known to be against the practices of the institute calling it barbaric, unpractical, and a waste of resources. He had also predicted it's downfall due to their methods of kidnapping and raping of young women and men. When he heard of the kidnapping of Yotsuba Maya he immediately lashed out on the other high ranking members, due to this he was kicked out of the institute and given a death penalty by the leaders of Dahan. He was scheduled for execution the next day but he diapered and a mere hours later the Yotsuba clan attacked.

When he fled he took with him the files containing all the back up materials and files the institute had gathered, and diapered like a ghost. Ironically he settled down in japan, he quickly formed a group of scientist, hackers, and soldiers who were loyal to only him and formed the G&G Group. They had their hands in many businesses but stayed of the radar of all the top and major powers, they consistently ranked in the middle of the pack in all categories they were involved in. But they continued their research in secret, albeit a lot less cruelly than their predecessors. They avoided any and all human experiments from the time they were established till now, what they did do was study different magic sequences they've gathered from hacking all over the world, they also created many new magic sequences unknown to the world, matter of fact they're library was enough for them to take over many major world powers of today.

But like all good things, they must come to an end. When their leader passed away, his position was taken over by his son Shùn Sūn Ji. Unlike his father he was short-tempered and impulsive, he is known for making many mistakes when he becomes agitated. But the biggest problem was that he is an amoral and greedy man he viewed himself as a superior human that could get anything he wanted, viewing other people as inferiors who tried to interfere with his actions, and often abused his employees. He is also an extremely sexually depraved man who not only has harassed many female members but also raped many of them.

After his father's death, Shùn Sūn Ji decided he was going to sell female augmented magicians on the black market as slaves for those who shared his sick and twisted moral degradation. Along with subject A-001 many others were created, they were all females and varied in age, height, weight, hair, eyes, and skin colors. The one thing they all had in common was that they were all very beautiful and exceptional magicians, as for subject A-001 he was finally activated in 2094 where he was brainwashed for four weeks in order to carve the necessary knowledge and to be given specialized military training, Shùn Sūn Ji wanted him to be the launching platform for all the rest of the slaves.

Today was January 5th 2095, and subject A-001 was undergoing his final augmentation, he has impressed the staff greatly and excelled in all the tests given to him, both physically, intellectually, and magically. Originally the staff was worried that he could show the same symptoms that usually plagues all augmented humans, but due to their breakthrough in technology that problem was avoided. The augmentation process was to introduced a new kind of biological material that Shùn Sūn Ji bought on the black market that originated from the USNA, from the reports they've gathered it was called a 'Paranormal Parasites' being the impulsive man that he was, much to the dismay of the staff Sūn Ji bought 10 parasites and invited the whole organization over to their hidden lab in order to view the procedure.

And that was when all hell broke loose, immediately after the parasite was freed from it's canister it sent a pulse through out the entire room from it's body, which resulted in all the canisters containing the remaining 9 parasites to break free and attacking all the members present, the pulse also disable the main power system of the lab subsequently trapping everybody in the room for 30 minutes until the back up system to boot up. In less than 20 minutes however, every living being beside subject A-001 were rendered to nothing but a pile of skin and bones. The parasites were unable to assimilate themselves on the any of their targets which ended up killing them, after falling to secure a host they clustered together and formed a bigger mass of parasite.

After stabilizing they realized that subject A-001 was alive and not dead like they originally thought, the massive ball flew towards him and attempted a takeover. At that specific moment the back power system kicked in and delivered a strong electrical shock to the subject which allowed James soul to bond with him and subsequently destroying the parasites consciousness. After processing all this information James sat there dumb founded, he was at a loss of words to the situation he has found himself in right now, i mean he died on earth due to some freak accident and now he was reincarnated in some crazy world that was remotely close to his old one yet so far apart.

Shaking his head he started slap and speaking to himself, hoping that maybe this was all a dream and that it would wake him up.

Slap... "That one kinda hurt too,uhm maybe i need to do something else. Maybe punch myself in the face?" after a few seconds of deliberation a sound woke James up from his inner monologue. "Beep, Beep, Beep power on system now booting" a blue light started flickering on the side of James eyes

"Wait a minute isn't that my DNI's interface starting up? Holy s#!*"
