Starting the First Round of the Manoeuver 1

Finally, the first round of qualifying ended, and all competitors passed this round because everyone had qualified according to the specified criteria. That was, one might have energy at the Foundation Building stage and be under fifteen years of age. So, in this round, it was considered an audit.
