Accomplice

"For years getting people to indulge in his nasty business has always been easy for him, but it won't be this time; because this time his opponent will be completely impossible to bend to his will."

"Who are you talking about?" hwan asks in confusion, as he watched da-hee pace about like a crazy person.

"I'm talking about your dad."

"Wait, you said that every one always becomes his prey, I don't want that for my parents. I know it seems like I hate them; and maybe I do but I do not want my family to be under the thumb of some man, especially him."

Da-hee was a bit surprised, even though hwan is proud and cold; he still cares.

"Nothing wrong is going to happen to your family, but if you help, you can save my family." She says as she gently places her hand on his. Then suddenly they heard a noise, it was min-hyuk. He looked surprised and hurt by what he saw, so he walks away.

"Wait!" hwan yells trying to run after him, but he is held back by da-hee.

"Where are you going, he didn't hear what we said."

"That's not important." He tries to remove her hand and walk away, but she blocks him again.

"I thought you wanted me to tell min-hyuk what you did to him, that you wanted him to hate you, to remove every chance of you two being together. What are you going to say to him? Hmm, that what he saw was just a coincidence, that our relationship is fake and the one you truly love is him?"

"Get out of my way." Hwan says, Being fed up with da-hee's behavior and storms off.

He tries to find min-hyuk, but he's already gone. He raises his head at frustration and let's out a big sigh. He hears someone walking behind him; he turns around hoping its min-hyuk but it was his family friend, Kang sun-hee.

"Hey are you ok, its been a while since we spoke."

"Ya it is, I think classes have already started so I'm gonna go." He walks away leaving her behind as she clenches her fist in anger.

Later at lunch da-hee and hwan were able to speak again, he was still a bit upset with her but he knew what they needed to discuss was important.

"So today, we're going to speak to your dad about him helping us take down Mr cha."

"How the hell are we going to convince him to do that?"

"Don't worry, I'm great at convincing people." She says as she smiles at him, and then he notices sun-hee pass by them.

"I think she heard us speaking earlier today."

"Who?"

"Sun-hee."

"Do you think she will tell everyone?"

"That's not how she works, remember how my mom knew about our relationship immediately it happened? It's because she told her. My mom and her mom are friends and she acts as her personal errand girl."
