“Yes,” was Maggie’s reply. She took a breath and frowned as Cameron sank into the couch with a sigh of resignation.
“We still haven’t answered all the questions on this case, have we?” Cam ask. “There are still things like how the money is laundered and how the coke got to Testa’s in the first place. We all know there’s a lot more here than just went on in the prison.”
Maggie looked at Cam, her expression unreadable. Then she smiled. “Now we’re not going to talk about that. It can wait until later. First of all, we’re going shopping.” Maggie had it all planned out. “Then, starting tomorrow, you’re going to spend at least two weeks of very well deserved R and R. You can stay at my new house out on the bay. Then we’ll talk. Until then, you are to sit back and do absolutely nothing except relax.” Maggie studied Cam for a moment. “Is there something special you want to do?”
