Chapter 5 : Necromancer : Epilogue

Their hands waving in front of their face trying to get rid of the dust, then the dust cleared up revealing Orce. Shocked filled their faces when they saw Orce unscathed and didn't even move an inch from where he stands.

"No way! That's our trump card, but he's unhurt!" The three of them fell on their as they lose the little hope they had. "We're done, we're dead! We can't beat that thing! I'd rather die by my hands than get killed!!!" Mike inverted the hold his sword, pointing the tip at himself.

"No!!!"

The sword had pierced Mike's chest, he coughs blood, struggling to breath and slowly falling down on the ground. They were startled didn't know what to do, Bell and Alvin rushed to his aid but it's too late, Mike is dead, Bell put Mike in his arms then the two of them burst into tears. Their loud crying made the others sad gently wiping their tears.

"How pityful, frail and weak- humans are" the Necromancer said, watching from afar.

"You bastard, we'll kill you!!" Bells puts down Mike's dead body, then he picked up his sword and headed over to the Necromancer and then Alvin followed Bell.

"Wait guys!! You'll die..!" Neil yelled as he reached out to them.

"Half-wits.., Orce!" The necromancer commanded Orce, Orce from his spot made a fast dashed catching up to Bell and Alvin, the two of them was nearly at the Necromancer, they raised their swords and then jumped-off to the Necromancer,

*Clack, clack*

Before their swords could reach the Necromancer, Orce had parried the attacks. Bell, out of option , he pulled a fast one and landed a right jab on the Necromancer's skull face, its face slightly twisted. Orce got angry, its weapon came flying on both their heads, the sound of the bones crushing reverberated inside their ears. Their heads flying away of its body.

"No!!!" Annie shouted in disgust and then she puked

Their stomachs turned upside-down as their eyes followed Bell's and Alvin's head flying away, their throat choked, spitting their disgust.

"Lucky human, for him to land a punch on me" the Necromancer turned his head back, he battered Orce using his staff but Orce just stood there doing nothing, accepting his punishment.

"How cruel, you and your monsters!" Neil exclaimed, the Necromancer stopped and said, "Cruel, you said?" the Necromancer glared at Neil. "Well, we may be cruel because we killed one of your own, I mean 'two' but, aren't you 'hunters' doing the same? Yet you're saying that we're cruel!? You hunters are no different from us! It's the appearance that differs us from each other.!" the Necromancer started to get angry, as he glared at Neil, bloodshot eyes.

"Don't fricking lump me with you! I'll survive this and gonna fricking kill you!" Neil looked at Oriam and Annie, they know what that look means, Orce sensed Neil's desire to kill him and he swiftly made a dashed, Neil didn't falter and dashed too, welcoming Orce's overwhelming aura. Oriam followed him whilst Annie supports them by giving them mana and buffs.

Neil and Orce clashed, but Neil' strength wasn't on par with Orce, the consecutive blows given by Orce was making Neil to get pushed back whilst Oriam's trying to find an opening.

'What should I do to help them beat that monster?' Leo watching from behind looked around trying to figure things out, then he saw Mike' sword and pulled it out of Mike's chest. 'Forgive me Mike' Leo then turned towards the others, he made a throwing pose, holding the sword using his right hand.

'I need to do this carefully or I might accidentally hit Neil or Oriam' Leo calmly watched the others waiting for the right moment. In that moment Neil saw him, 'Is he trying to?' he constantly avoid Orce's attack and led Orce to Leo's throwing range. Oriam got a hold of what they're trying to do, so when Neil barely evaded the last attack from his left flank, he's grazed by the attack but the damage was severe that cut opens the flesh, Orce had put all his weight on that attack, so Oriam took that opportunity to grab a hold of Orce from behind, Oriam used up all his strength not to let go of Orce, but Orce is putting up a fight. Then Leo saw the opening and threw the sword like a javelin with all his might, the sword's at full throttle and faster, about 3 meters until the sword will hit, for a split second, the world seemed so slow for Oriam, he can clearly saw the sword coming towards the two of them. He waited for the sword to reach 1 meter and he used his skill Phantom Slash to leap, the sword had completely pierced Orce's body that the whole sword went in and out of his body. Orce twitched as he fell down on both his knees, then for the finishing blow, Neil despite all the damage he took, he gathered his.remaining strength and beheaded Orce just like what Orce did to the other two. Then Neil too, had fell down on his knees, restraining his body to collapse.

"He.. he did it!!!" Oriam jumped in relief.

"I... avenged you.. two" Neil raised his hand and completely fell on the ground. Annie sighed in relief, as for Leo, he was smiling.
