Chapter Eighty Nine : An Average Person

Amelia's POV

"Is that so? Then what are you doing here?"

"Huh?"

"Didn't you said you don't work here anymore? So, I was wondering why did you come here." His sudden question caught me off guard, I didn't know what to reply. I just stared at him blankly.

I had no idea what am I supposed to say, should I say I came here to support my partner? What if he ask who is my partner?

Do I have to tell him that as well? I don't mind telling him, but would it be okay to tell him the truth? What if he judge me? Who cares? It's my personal life. But again, is it okay for me tell him all that?

Even though my relationship with Liam was no secret yet not many people know about us. It mostly the people who are closely related to us and our office staffs. So, I wasn't keen on telling him about me and Liam.
