Separated

"M-mom..?" SooYang looked over her mom. She tries to reach her mom's hand, but fragile. Ms.Chin came forward and reached SooYang's. He knitted his brows, smiling. But instead, he's dying inside.

"Soo.. My dear? Be strong okay? Don't over burden yourself.." Ms.Chin wiped her tears away and smiled. She's weak, but SooYang should be encouraged to keep strong. She would be strong for her.

"W-why are you all crying?" weakly but clear enough, she asked them. "What's wrong?"

Yurie knew it's time for her to answer, "Nothing Soo.. You got migraine just now. Brother Yenzou, Aunt Chin, JinHua and I are worried about your- health.. Right brother?"

Everyone except SooYang and Yurie herself nodded, but deeply they felt stabbed.

They are lying to their most precious gem.

SooYang then eyed JinHua. He wasn't focusing on her, but his gaze fell on the transparent glassy window beside the door. She followed the directions, and so do Yurie.

She saw.. Shega Hariga.

In another hand, Shega Hariga was looking on her too, with a teeny-weeny hope that a warn smile would appear on her lips. But, it turned terrible.

SooYang cried silently, and she pointed her forefinger towards him. She wanted him to go away and never come back. That's all.

But, the fact was completely different. She can't reject the fact that she like him-

And hate him too.

She remembered everything about his evilness. This moment, she got the reality, the hurtful reality. Yet, she can't accept it. JinHua sharply eyed Shega Hariga, and he went outside. He wanted to provoke him.

Shega Hariga knew he's useless. 'I doesn't have anything to do with.. her.'

So when JinHua reached out, he has gone. Dissapeared.

"Soo?" Yurie went inside the room. SooYang watched her with a null expression. "Yes?"

''Eat this porridge. I cooked this on my own, you know..!" Yurie put the bowl on a table beside the sick bed. It was filled with warm porridge. After that, she took a glass and a spoon before filling it with some water.

"Thanks, Yurie." She placed her gaze on the bowl, and said again, "I'll eat by myself."

Her expression made Yurie understand, she wanted to leave alone. She understand it, so she just went away leaving her without any companion after presenting her a smile.

-[5 Minutes Passed]-

SooYang eyed the porridge. Deeply, she could totally remember the whole happiness she saved and shared together with someone who had spooned her porridge before. It was no one except, Shega Hariga.

"Why did he lie? Why he must lie?" her soulless soul screamed. Bursting into tears but paired with a smile, she took a spoonful of it and began consuming it.

"Shega! It's hot~"

"No, don't put salads on it, its not delicious! Aiyoo~"

"Silly guy, it's sooo- wow! Yummy! Hehehe~"

The second fed made her chuckled while tears dropped down and down.

.. Meanwhile ..

"Doctor?" Ms.Chin knocked softly, followed by words 'doctor' from Yenzou. A voice echoed, "Come in."

Yenzou and Ms.Chin stared each other a second and came inside the doctor's room.

"SooYang's mother's right?" he greeted them to ask them sit down, before shook hands with Yenzou. Ms.Chin's head went up and down.

The doctor took a piece of paper with words on it. Ms.Chin and Yenzou looked eager.

"This is SooYang's payments for her treatment. She is confirmed for lymphoblastic leukemia."

How shocked and sad were Ms.Chin and Yenzou. How their world fall apart. Tears dropped down from their both eyes.

"Is there's way to save my sister, doc? Say yes! I'll do anything!" Yenzou almost lost his mind. He shaked the doctor's shoulder as if begging for mercy.

The doctor looked over them. "There is."

Yenzou: "What's it??"

"Bone marrow transplantation surgery." the young doctor said.

"..."

Ms.Chin looked upwards and she held her chest sickly.
