Chapter 6: HOW TO BECOME A SPEEDSTER

Josh POV:

The most immediate thing I needed to do was become a speedster.

The news about the Particle accelerator was released and I knew it was about time the birth of the flash. To become a speedster I had to recreate the situation in which Barry was struck with lightning induced with dark matter.

There are two ways I could make this happen

1. Stay with Barry in his CSI laboratory during the time

2. Recreate the situation on my own and attract lightning

The first one is filled with dangers as I would be under supervision of the fake Harrison wells aka Reverse Flash. Who at his smart yet cynical discretion could kill me .

so , with the perfectly sane mind I have I chose to go with my second and only plausible idea.

CCPD

I first met with my dear neighbor who was almost an uncle to me currently Detective Joeseph West. Who greeted me back warmly.

' I came to see you and Barry' I said while I was still giving him a firm handshake.

"Been a while since I saw you in this city, hopefully you are going to stay this time ." He said

To which I nodded and continued "I have a couple of plans and yes am staying in this city for a really long time."

"Good , anyways Barry's upstairs, should be done with his work by now , he's going to be thrilled to see you." he said these words before going back to his work.

As I walked upstairs I saw my dear friend .

As soon as he saw me , I could tell he was glowing like a light bulb that was dim until now. All these years growing up together made me feel like a brother to him.

We chatted for a while and asked me to wait for a moment so that he could submit his day's work to captain Singh .

I took this opportunity to observe my surroundings and took photos of the place. I found 5 sets of chemical that one would use for forensic investigations.

I finally had what I needed and only thing left was to find a way toattract lightning.
