Peak of E rank hunter VS Peak of D rank monster

"Look this enchanted sword. So beautiful. So strong." a woman raised her new loot.

"The gem quality increase in this castle. I can earn many money by selling it."

That is the friendly conversation between members in team.

Jean tried her best to stuff all it into a small bag. This was out of their calculation about the harvest of this dungeon.

Looking at items that they collected this time, Jean felt her luck a little bad since in the past, to find the enchanted sword, she had to buy it in black market with the price on the sky.

For them, one raid brought a lot of enchanted sword and lot of other things.

Jean wanted to collapse but her pride didn't allow that. She continued going upwards with other member while crying inside.

After spending 9 hours to clear the castle, they finally made their way towards the boss room.

"Here we are. The boss room. Behind it will be treasure room. You hear that, aren't you?" a leader said.

"Hear what. Captain."

"The voice of money. It's telling us. Are you hearing that?"

"We do" bunch of them roared out simultaneously.

"Then let's go."

All of hunter entered the boss room in high spirit.

She followed behind them silently. Their spirit was enough to shake her delicate heart making her want to hide somewhere else.

Speaking of which, why she couldn't see the boss type this time.

She pondered.

Usually, she could see what kind of boss behind the room but this time, she only saw mist and mist everywhere. Those mist blocked her vision. Even when she used her Stand, she couldn't see through it.

Seeing her body reacting very strange, she put all luggage out at safe place.

She used her system combining with her Stand to see his status.

Because of her scanning, Vlad turned his eyes towards her. Feeling annoyed by constantly peaking at his history, he gave her a deadly stare.

He saw her but she didn't saw him because captain blocked her view. Her captain misunderstood his stare was aimed at him and his team.

He raised his weapon and showed his seriousness. Other member saw his reaction immediately doing the same.

"An intelligent boss. Be careful."

"Poolish, human. They never learn their lesson." Vlad waved his hand.

A screen of mist cleared out revealing a handsome man in the middle of room. Even so, they didn't relieve their guard.

Vlad started to take a small walk around his altar.

"Human. You are very greedy. You can here for my treasure, aren't you?"

Although his voice was gently, hunters only felt the cold in it.

"I take your silence as Yes." he stopped in the middle of his walk. "If that so, you know what to do, right. Universal rule or jungle rule."

He released his terrifying and menacing aura. Some of them almost passed out by this enormous killing intention.

Beside, their armor started to crack under the heavy attack. Healers started to show mana fatigue on their face.

Captain still chose to observe the situation. He was waiting for a perfect moment to turn the table.

"Wait." He raised his hand. "Now. Deflect it."

A tanker released his skill.

All of blood spears were deflected and returned to it owner.

He just stood there watching his own spears coming back to him. Hunters thought they were going to succeed.

Unexpectedly, he yawned and sneered too strong that all spears changed target again.

"Ahh" A tanker got hit.

"Forwards" the front line started to advance more closer to Vlad but he only stood there and watched with bleary eyes

When the distance was enough, Captain shouted

"Open the shield"

A group of attacking hunter charged forwards for a boss.

One again, he didn't move a bit.

Mages started to bombard him with various spells.

"Fire ball"

"Laser"

"Ice spear"

But those were fruitless. Some kind of barrier protected him from magic.

Seeing his mage team attack didn't work. He could only depend on his secret card that he has been hiding.

"Double shoot"

"Clean strike"

Warriows, archers, Assassin attacked Vlad all directions. Even so, Vlad yawned even longer than before. He blocked sword with his finger's nail. Arrow with his air pressure from fanning.

In Vlad's eyes, human in this age were so boring that instead of fighting them, he tried his best to fight his boredom and yawn.

Seeing no use, captain knew that only him can solve this situation.

"Holy light." he started to use his unique skill.

A holy light covered his entire body. He now looked like a chosen one.

He dashed forwards for Vlad's head. He stroke, stroke and stroke.

"We have a chance. Cover me." seeing the boss's skin burnt under his skill, he knew he still had a chance to kill this boss.

Although his skin was burnt, Vlad still showed no care about it.

The speed of his healing nullify the effect of light attribute which is very deadly to undead kind.

No wound was visible on boss's body but he didn't stop on attacking.

Vlad who was surrounded by melee hunters disappeared in hunter's eyes. And he reappeared in the same line with healers. Everyone thought he have just teleported except one person.

Before yelling something, they were beaten so badly that they passed out in one strike.

Seeing Vlad behind them, they started to rush for him.

He waved his hands. Countless stake sprouted from the ground impaling them. Everyone received a hit.

Hunters slowly stopped their struggle. On their face had visible black veins.

"Poisonous." The captain rang out. In Vlad's blood spears, they contained an extreme poison.

When captain looked around, everyone was grunting in pain on the ground. They were struggling fighting against poison.

"Your team will be a good sacrificial pawn for my recovery." Vlad appeared behind Captain. "I wonder what kind of undead that made from their body."

Vlad delibarately provoked the last survivor. Captain inputted more his power into skill.

Like a light in the darkness, he illuminated the entire room.

"You …" he was punched through stomach by Vlad.
