Qi Awakening Realm

In the system space, Ren was watching everything happening outside with concern. He did not care about the bandits nor did he feel anything knowing all the villagers that had been killed. He was more worried about his own body.

Seeing his body's condition he could not help but ask the system. However, before he could proceed Ren suddenly felt something pulling his consciousness.

Before completely fading away, he heard the same feminine voice giggling. [Your consciousness is now returning to your body. Because your soul has been damaged during the battle, your body will need some time to heal it. In the meantime, sleep well.]

As soon as Ren's consciousness returned to his body, he fell into deep slumber unaware of the changes happening in his body.

After killing the leader of the bandits, the system made Ren rush to his house. Even though it was an unsteady abode, it was the best place to stay at this moment.

After his parents died, Ren started to live alone. And because his home was located at the end of the village, he made a small hole in his house as a hiding spot in case some beast tried to attack his place.

As soon as he locked the door and covered the hole after entering, Ren's consciousness returned and he fell into deep sleep.

Inside Ren's bloodstream, some droplets of golden blood could be seen flowing.

Ren slowly opened his eyes. For a moment he could not understand what was transpiring until he heard the same emotionless voice that changed his life.

It took some time for Ren to remember everything. The moment he did, he frantically checked his body after getting out of the hole.

This time the feminine voice spoke, [The bandit leader had some healing pills. The system had stored them in the System's space previously and used them to heal you. Although it can not heal soul injuries, for now, it would not hinder your growth.]

Sighing in relief, Ren got out of his house only to realize the mist was present everywhere to let him figure out which season was present now. He did know for how long but it seemed he was asleep for months. And the next moment system confirmed it.

[You have been sleeping for nearly 6 months. But that is not important right now. Check your body, do you feel anything different?]

Ren could not help but check his body and widened his eyes. His body was not malnourished anymore, instead, he had some muscle. "How could this happen?"

[It had happened because you have awakened naturally. In the meantime, you have been sleeping, your body has been absorbing Qi. That is not all. You seem to process a special physique. Although it is not fully awakened, it is helping you indirectly to absorb Qi through your skin that supposes to be impossible.]

Ren had awakened naturally. It happened when the darkness-related shadow skill was used. To utilize the skill one had to use Qi and because of forcefully using this skill he had awakened without any external assistance. Although his physique played a significant role.

Even though Ren was flabbergasted to know he had such a physique, he could not figure out how an ordinary boy like him with no impressively known family background had such a thing.

[Because Host had not entered the cycle of reincarnation like normal people but Host's essence soul transmigrated through the primordial chaos, it may be related to that. Only after fully awakening this physique can it be identified.]

Such matters were too distant for current Ren, so instead of worrying about such things, he went to the village. There were indeed signs of beasts. It seemed they came smelling the blood. All the bandit's bodies were also gone.

Even though it would take years to do that, it should be able to make him more powerful than others of the same realms.

This cultivation manual was divided into many levels to make it uncomplicated for the user to get easily accustomed to.

Without further ado, he started to absorb elemental Qi from the surrounding and began to move them in his body through his meridians according to the technique.

Because the system had directly imprinted the information in his mind, it was easier for him to cultivate, unlike the regular populace who needed to spend months just to get accustomed to their first time.

His body seemed to glow and if one could look at him right him they would be greatly shocked. Cause right now Ren was taking in Qi through his skin making his speed 10 times faster than normal masses.

After only one month Ren had broken through the second stage of the Qi Awakening realm.

Soon two years passed away in a blink of an eye.

In these two years, Ren had cultivated his four elements to the ninth stage except for Darkness and Thunder elements. He needed to take all six of his elements to the peak to enter the next realms.

But Darkness and Thunder Qis were not available in this region. He could only give up for now.

Ren gradually opened his eyes. His gazes filled with profundity. As he moved, his bones seemed to roar revealing his newfound power and vitality running through his body.

The first thing he did was check his updated status.
