Lumine: Tch. It is such a pain.

The Traveler said in irritated tone while looking at the rocks and gravel in front of her which were blocking her way.

She no longer knew how many times she faced the same situation and had to take a detour every time.

She even had a feeling that the entire world was against her because almost every other path she took were all closed off. And the appropriate one had crude curves, difficult footing, and were even longer.

Paimon: Uh.... why don't Lumine just blow these obstacles away?

The fairy asked a question that had been bugging her all this time. After all, with Lumine's current strength doing it won't be a problem.

Hearing this question, the blonde shook her head before replying.

Lumine: I am not doing it because I don't want to attract their attention.

Paimon: Huh? Whose?

Lumine: ...…. The creature that we fought last time.

Gulping nervously, the fairy nodded.

Paimon: I-In that case, there is no n-need to hurry. Let us take our time to arrive our destination.

Completely agreeing with her, the Traveler became even more caution while continuing.

Moon was still standing in front of Wyrmrest Valley while the dark blue flames of abyss were covering her surroundings.

She was completely unscathed while those creatures around her burning to ashes without exception.

After taking care of these creatures who came after her, the woman disappeared from her spot and appeared in front of Dragon's core.

Looking at the crimson beating heart, Moon couldn't help but show slight sadness.

She then calmed herself before turning her attention to the dragontooth buried near the core.

Crouching down, she extending her hand forward, grabbed the tooth and pulled it out.

BANG!!

The ground it was buried in broke but Moon didn't care.

Next, she put the tooth away before a silver flash appeared and she disappeared again.

SIU!!

Appearing in the sky of the Dragonspine, her gaze fell on every corner of the Dragonspine.

She also saw Lumine who was currently fighting against one of the creatures.

Swing her sword, Lumine deflected two of the creature's claw and dodged the other two by sliding between the creature's legs before slashing at his back.

SHIN!!

PSST!!

A tear appeared on its back as blood started leaking from it.

The creature flinched for a moment because of pain, giving Lumine opportunity to attack again.

She then extended her hand forward and grabbed the wind's might to form a vortex of vacuum in her palm before it exploded.

BOOM!!!

BURST!!

The blow not only made the creatures injury worst but also threw it away.

The Dark blue abyss flames were burning on its wounds making them difficult to regenerate.

Yet, the creature slowly got up on its feet.

Lumine couldn't help but frowned at this.

Even though she didn't have the same problem facing it like before, on the contrary she even had some advantage, the creature had very strong vitality.

Taking a deep breath, the blonde took a stance while holding her abyss flames covered sword and charged, reaching the creature in a second.

The creature of the other hand, slashed with its four claws.

Still, because of lose of blood and pain of burning on its back, made its movements sluggish.

Narrowing her eyes, the Traveler moved a little to dodge all the them before unleashing seven rapid sword strikes.

Seven deep cuts appeared on the creatures as Lumine pulled back her sword before stabbing forward.

Lumine: Haah!!

STAB!!

The sword thrusted into the creature's body with some difficult thanks to its hard exoskeleton.

Still. the girl didn't stop put her strength behind her strike and pushing the sword deeper.

Once it entered the creature's body enough, she released more of abyss flames, burning the creature from inside.

HISS!!!!!

Creature: GAH!!!!!!!!!

The creature screamed in pain but the blonde didn't stop.

After some time, she pulled back her sword and jumped back before throwing a compressed anemo that she had had been gathering and holding in her other hand all this time.

FWOOSH!!

That compressed anemo entered the hole in creature chest created by Lumine and exploded a second later.

BOOOM!!!!

There was an anemo explosion and the creature blew into pieces.

From some distance away when she confirmed the creature's death, the blonde ran the area as fast as possible.

She knew this explosion will attract the others. Hence, she must run far away and hid to recover her strength.

After covering some distance, she found a hole which must had created when the boulders fell on Dragonspine from sky and hid there.

The hole was only big enough to conceal her body but Lumine didn't mind since she only planned to stay here enough to recover back at peak before continuing.

In the fight just now, even though Lumine won, she still used by 90% of her reserve. This showed how challenging it was to face the creature.

While resting, she took out two vials out of her inventory.

One of them had light blue colour liquid in it while second one had turquoise colour liquid in it.

Looking at the two portion in her hand, Lumine decided to drink them before she was about to continue.

She also took the moment to check her strength.

After all, almost everyone knows that the higher the level, the more difficult it's to increase further. Hence, this really came surprising to her.

She planned to slowly made her way towards her destination while taking care of creatures that will get in her way. But now she decided to change it.

She will now take a longer route and will find and kill every rogue creature she could see.

Deciding her next course of action, Lumine closed her eyes and meditate in order to recover faster.

While she was doing so, she didn't realize that the black stone which Albedo gave to her and was in inventory, was releasing a dim light.

That light was being absorbed into her body and was increasing, and recovering her abyss power too.

It was also making her abyss power purer but at a very slow pace.

Outside the hole where Lumine was resting.

Moon was currently sitting on top of a broken boulder and was swinging her legs.

Her eyes were at Lumine, as if trying to see through her secrets.

Moon: A Human. Being able to use elemental power without vision. And is also able to use Abyss power without getting corrupted by it............… Should I say as expect from the Fourth Descender or...….

She then moved her mouth but didn't let out any word.

After that, she leaned back a little and looked at the cloudy sky, deep in thoughts.

A crowd of people had gathered in front of Tenshukaku as people were talking loudly with each other.

They were wondering why Raiden Shogun had gathered all of them here.

Some thought she did so in order to apologize for not being here to help in time of need. While others thought it was so that she can recruit more people in the Shogun's Army since more than half of it killed during the enemy's attack.

By now the news of Coup d'état led by the former heads of Tenryou Commission and Kanjou Commission as well as their death at the hands of Raiden Shogun had spread throughout the city.

Many people were astonished at this. They never expected the former heads to take such a bold action against Raiden Shogun.

Even though they were shocked, many of them were depressed since they also thought that the Inazuma should be ruled by its people instead of incompetent God who only knew how to run during the dire situation.

Of course, they didn't dare to voice out their words in open.

While this was going on a group of soldiers led by a woman were trying to calm the people.

The woman seemed to of age between 22-24. She had indigo hair cut into an uneven bob, pale skin, and golden eyes. On the side of her head lied a red tengu mask that resembles a crow's face with white accents, a black crest, and a hexagonal piece resembling a tokin.

The name of the woman was Kujou Sara. She was a member and adopted daughter of the Kujou Clan, who serves the Raiden Shogun.

Currently the expressions of the woman frosty as she let out orders in cold tone.

Why? Because as a loyal supporter of Raiden Shogun, when she learnt that head of Kujou Clan planned to dethroned Shogun, she was filled with rage.

Too bad, he was killed by Raiden Shogun, otherwise she would have done so by her own hand.

Because of that, the reputation of Koujou Clan had fallen rock bottom in the eyes of not only Inazumans but also even Raiden Shogun.

While the crowd was calming down, there were only two people among them that remained silent from beginning till now.

They were none other than the Kamisato Ayato and Kamisato Ayaka.

Ever since their last meeting with Ei, they were deeply afraid of her and dare not to say anything against her.

Ei: I see that everyone is here. Good....I summoned all of you to announce two things.

Not bothering to give any explanation of not helping during the invasion or the details of the Coup d'état, Ei directly went directly to the point.

Ei: First is from now on there won't be any Tri-Commission. There will be only one force in Inazuma, Inazuma Shogunate.........…Because of shortage of soldiers in the army, all of you here will join the army...right at this moment.

It was as if everyone got struck by lightning as they widened their eyes in shock. They never expected Shogun to give such an absurd order.

Ei: And the second is, you have one hour from now to prepare yourself. After that you all will leave for Watsumi Island and capture all the members of resistance organization and bring them here. And if you fail.......

Pausing her, she raised her spear and a pillar of thunder formed in the sky before she struck down.
