Some might be wondering how can a Universal level being like Primis be affected by the Will of the World that it could read his mind.
Well, the reason was, to be accepted by the Will of the World and become its "Planar Lord", one must prove various things. The main being, to demonstrate that he or she didn't have any ill thoughts towards the world.
To do that, you must let your mind bare for the Will of the World to hear your thoughts. After all, it was giving the full control of its world to you.
If one declined then he or she can forget about becoming the "Planar Lord" ever again.
The same was the case of Primis when he became "Planar Lord" before. Even though he hid most of the stuff by using his Origin Force, his thoughts were open for the Will of the World to hear. That's why he was caution of every word he spoke and thought that time.
As for "Pseudo-Planar Lord", since they only had 10% of true "Planar Lord" power and control, they can't bring much harm to the world. Of course, they would be strongest in that world but the Will of the World could easily erase him or her if it ever wanted to. Hence, "Pseudo-Planar Lord" wasn't any threat in the Will of the World's eyes.
So, the Wills never bother to check the intentions of "Pseudo-Planar Lord". But they can since the source of "Pseudo-Planar Lord" power was also the World's Zenith in the end.
The same was the occurring here. Since the zenith Primis was using to baptize himself belonged to the World, it's not difficult for that zenith to send Primis thoughts to Will to hear.
In case Primis was at his peak, he could have easily realized it but not this time thanks to his severe mental and soul injuries.
On the other hand, instead of hearing the disgusting and perverted thoughts of 'Yuuya' itself, the Will redirected it for the so-called 'waifus' of its world to hear.
This led to the current situation.
By the way, this can be stopped if Primis cut his connection with the world's essence.

When the Tianquan of the Liyue Qixing who busy with her work, she heard Primis voice in her mind all of sudden.
At first, she was surprised thinking Primis used his telepathy to talk to her about something. But later she realized he was not even aware that his thoughts were being heard by her.
She stopped all of her work and concentrated on his voices. She was truly beyond shocked at the mention of Mondstadt fall in mere 1-2 hours in case Anemo Archon or the four winds of Mondstadt didn't recover or return fast.
The most irritating thing was that Primis never mentioned the exact date or time when Mondstadt will be attacked and leading to its fall. It can be either the next day or week or month or year or even later.
But lack of such information would definitely put people on the edge. And that's exactly what those who heard Primis words in Mondstadt were feeling right now.
As Ningguang kept on listening, her face turned pale hearing Primis recent thoughts.

She abruptly stood up and her chair behind fell with a bang. This shocked her maids as they turned towards her.
Maid 1: L-Lady Ningguang, are you okay?
Maid 2: You don't look good. Did something happen? Or is there some unreasonable request written in the paper?
Ignoring her maids worried expression and the papers that scattered on the ground, she spoke.
Ningguang: I suddenly remembered something important. So, I need to leave for a while.
Maid 3: W-Wait, What!
Ningguang: Concentrate on your work, I will be back soon.
Maid 4: B-But...
Without waiting for their reply, she hurriedly left.
Outside she was greeted by the Millelith soldiers who were startled by her rush behaviour.
Millelith Soldier 1: Lady Ningguang, what happened? Why are you in such a hurry?
Ningguang: There is somewhere I need to be right now.
Millelith Soldier 2: But Liyue Harbor is not in good state for you to be there.
Millelith Soldier 3: At least wait for us to gather some more soldiers so that we can accompany you.
Ningguang: I don't have time to wait.
Millelith Soldier 4: Then we are sorry, Lady Ningguang. We can't let you go like this. What if something happened to you?
Saying this they all stood in front of her way to prevent her from leaving.
One can't find fault in their behaviour. The loss of Ganyu was already a big blow to Liyue. In case they lose Ningguang too because of their carelessness, it won't be long before Liyue will fall or devoured by those greedy merchants or nobles from different nations.

Noticing the determination in the soldiers' eyes, Tianquan became silent. She can't possibly say that she was going to meet with Primis. In that case, these soldiers definitely won't agree at all. They would even willing to fight to death to stop her. That's how loyal they were.
As she was having a hard time how to convince these soldiers, someone came for her rescue.
???: You all return to your post. I will accompany, Ningguang.
Hearing this strict and disciplined voice which spoke of authority, they all turned and greeted by those familiar amethyst eyes with oval-shaped pupils backed by a shape resembling a stiletto.
Millelith Soldier 2: M-Miss Keqing. Why are you here? Aren't you resting?
Keqing: I am recovered enough to move around. Thus, I am here. Anyway, I will be with Ningguang so can relax.
Millelith Soldier 3: But Miss Keqing, you are still not fully recovered yet.

At this the soldiers backed off a little. They knew fully well they were not Keqing match even when she didn't use her elemental power.

Sighing Keqing shook her head.
Keqing: It's pointless. Even I am not that woman match. Do you think you have strength to stop her?
Millelith Soldier 3: We can't. But we can still sacrifice ourselves to give Lady Ningguang enough time to escape.

She nodded her head at Ningguang before both the Tianquan and Yuheng left the Jade Chamber to meet with the Primis while leaving the soldiers behind. They never expected they will meet that couple this soon.
Ningguang: I was really surprised when you came and said that you will accompany me. And from the looks it seems that you know where I am going. This means...

Once Primis was done inspecting the rest of the stuffs and left the storeroom, his disciple came down and hugged him.
Getting used to it at this point, Primis started patting her head gently.

Hearing her giggle, Primis spoke.
Primis: Looks like you are better than yesterday. Though you seem more excited.
Xiangling: Well, of course. I am happy to see Teacher again.
He narrowed his eyes at this as Primis was sure there was another reason for her exciting. And he was right. Xiangling was not only happy seeing him but also excited hearing Primis thoughts. She really wanted to hear what Primis thought about her.
Xiangling: By the way teacher, have you had the breakfast?
Primis: No.
Saying he looked outside again and can tell it was almost 11 am by now. Because of trauma yesterday, Xiangling slept longer than she mostly did.
Upstairs, Ganyu and Shenhe seemed to have also collected themselves by now and were making their way downstairs. But they heard something that made them stop on their steps again.
「 Primis: Now that I think about it, time really passed fast when me and Morax were busy in our conversation. It wasn't bad. I guess I will invite him for meal like how he invited when I arrive here on the first day. 」
