“Forcing step-children to live together is originally legal in our government, if a step-dad or step-mom took responsible for being a guardian to an under 18 step-child, he or she can claim the property left by the child’s real parents but many step-parents took the advantage to use the property left to the child for their selfish purposes and left the child. It is totally unfair that most of them treat the child terribly so the government enacted the law and makes it illegal to keep step-children forcibly unless there’s no other relative that can take care of the child. It should be registered officially under both agreements. The step-parents also need to swear that they will treat the child according to the law, not taking advantage and not violating any children or parenting act.” The retired police officer explained.
