“Mr. Garner is here.”

My hand paused as Mary informed me about Tom’s arrival, so finally, he got the time to show up, but at least he was better than Derek who hasn’t shown up till now.

I nodded indifferently, as I continued to dig the soil for my plants.

“Gardening, hmm…” An intrigued voice came after a while, and a sneer left my mouth as I continued to dig more, imagining the hole as his and Derek’s grave.

Something came up that night, Amy…” Tom spoke with a shrug and angrily I turned to him.

“Some Thing ??” I asked with a murderous glare while pointing the shovel straight at his face.

“Oh…

Calm down, Amy…” With a defensive yet frightened gesture, Tom pushed down the shovel from my hand gently.

“I am calmed, completely…” I said in offense while pointing up the shovel again at him.

“Yeah, it looked so,” He pointed out sarcastically, making me boil in rage.
