AMY POV :

Tom looked at me skeptically, and I sighed in disappointment.

Ok, I accept I do not sound convincing, but I am serious this time.

“Amy, there is no rush…

As fast as success comes, it goes the fastest way…

You just have to be careful about this man, I don’t trust him at all…”

Tom laid out all his worries in front of me and I agreed with each word he had said.

“Neither do I…” I said in his favor and he looked slightly satisfied with me.

“If there would be any Shepherd again, I won’t stay at the party,

I will leave as soon as he gets into my view, ok??”

I tried to calm Tom, after all, what Derek did today had gathered many curious and questionable gazes on me.
