Chapter 33

　　Carina's POV -

　　I closed my laptop and headed to the bathroom to take a bath. After that, I headed to the kitchen to make a coffee and that's when I got the shock of my life. "Jesus christ, DAD!" I was so shocked, it was as if I've seen a ghost. "Oh my God, what are you doing here?" I asked. "You could have called or something."

　　"I thought I could sneak up on you." Philip said. "Coffee?"

　　"No cream, no sugar."

　　"Noted." He poured in a cup. "Here you go,"

　　"Thanks,"

　　"I can see you're walking again,"

　　"It was temporary, but I'm glad I am."

　　"That's good news." He took a sip. "I'm sorry that my surprise didn't turn out well. I thought of calling but I also thought I could make use of the spare key you gave me."

　　"Wait... Dad, did you look into my laptop?"

　　"Yes, and I just found out you had been to heaven." He said. "In your terms, you described sex as heaven."

　　"It's a book I'm working on,"

　　"An erotic book?"
