Chapter 11 Reality Check

　　Damian had taken two weeks to break from work, the last two days left, he decides on making it romantic for the both of them.

　　On the first day - Carina woke up to see herself beside the kissing tree. She felt the cool weather grace her skin. The woods were silent with a delicious sense of repose and peace in the deep pervading calm. The leaves were still, there were no sounds to disturb nature's meditation.

　　Carina smiled wondering why Damian kept her here.

　　"Do you believe in fairytales," Damian said, his voice echoed.

　　"I don't believe in fairytales. Damian where are you!" Carina yelled.

　　Suddenly a hummingbird flew and rested on her shoulder. Carina said while smiling, "She's beautiful."

　　"Not just her." 

　　Carina heard his voice again. Just then, sounds came to life in the woods. A woodpecker was heard.
