Another Epic's Finale
Despite denouncing the Poison Dragon's act of destroying the Azure Tree, the Heavenly Demon shocked the onlookers by drilling directly into the tree. By the time he flew back out, the towering tree swayed by the wind as if it had lost its backbone…
'It's harvest time.'
Only Leo knew that this seemingly cruel act was none other than the Heavenly Demon's attempt to save the tree!
"What is he carrying?"
The scattered whispers didn't stop as some noticed the large shining sapphire that the flying demon held in his hand. However, a few quickly realized his intent.
"He actually extracted the core seed in such a good shape?!"
"Was it because the tree was on its last breath?"
The Azure Tree was known for being extremely stubborn about changing location just as it never let go of its pranks. While it wasn't strong enough to offensively resist if someone took advantage of its emergence to steal its core, it would never let go before damaging it in mutual destruction.
