Life continued on for a few... no, a lot of days like this. Before Paundo knew it, it was already the fourth quarter. During that time, he was a good boy and did most of his homework on time. But, during the fourth quarter, Paundo felt the need to join his classmates and play with them. Of course, whenever the teacher would come, they were busted. His deportment also began to suffer because of this. When Paundo got his grade, his mom was shocked that the overall average grade was 89. She called the teachers to make sure they were right, and the teachers said that Paundo was being naughty during periods of absence of teachers, and would even outright disobey teachers.
Hearing this, Paundo's mother informed his father. Paundo knew that he was going to get a hard beating that night, so he knew he had to do something. The only apparent solution he had was to run away. Keep in mind, that in his past life, he was traumatized as a work slave, so running was probably the only thing on his mind. He would enact a plan that involves hiding, then running from the scene.
After some minor hiccups, such as accidentally tripping over the exit, and making a noise while in the closet, he managed to get out. But he didn't know where to go next, so he opted for the route to the school.
