31 No special feelings

Kresha and Jiron is sitting side by side at the bench on he park.

Jiron took Kresha's hand.

But Kresha pulled it back.

Jiron lowered his head and balled his empty hand.

" Have you made up your mind?" Jiron broke the silence between them.

Kresha did not response, as if she did not hear anything.

"Kresha." Jiron called her name.

Kresha did not move, she gave him a side glance before she speak.

"Why are you doing this Jiron? Why do you want to run away from here with me?" Kresha asked.

Jiron straightened his body. "Because I wanted to prove to you that I can give you the protection that you need." He replied.

Kresha sigh. "Are doing this for your ego?"

Jiron froze for a moment and then he tilted his body to face Kresha.

"Kresha..." he hold her shoulders. "Look at me." He said and he tilted her body to face him.

He touch her chin and lifted it.

He look at her straight to her eyes.

"I'm not doing this for my ego." He said.

"I'm doing this because I love you!" He added.

Kresha was stunned! His words seems like a bomb that explode in front of her!

"What?!' She blurted out. She doesn't know how to react!

She never expected that Jiron has a special feelings for her. Because on her previous life, Jiron never confessed that he has a special feelings towards her.

"Kresha, I love you. I want to protect you, I want to be the reason behind your smiles. And I want to grow old with you." Jiron said.

Kresha don't know what to say. She lowered her head and tried to observe her self when Jiron said he love her.

But she did not feel her heart skipped a beat, there are no butterflies on her stomach whenever they are together. It was deffirent from what she feel whenever she is with Lindon.

The butterflies on her stomach when he was near. Her heart will skipped a beat whenever Lindon said those sweet words. And her mind went blank whenever he kissed her!

Kresha realized something.

The feelings is totally deffirent!

She has no special feelings towards Jiron! He is just a freind to her!

"Kresha----" Jiron did not finished his word because he was interrupted by Kresha.

"I'm sorry Jiron." Kresha apologized." You've been a good friend to me. And you will always be."

"Kresha..." it is the only word that Jiron has blurted out.

"Jiron you are a good person, I'm sure there would be someone who is destined for you. A woman who can give you the love that I can't give to you." She said.

"But Kresha I'm willing to do everything, everything to make you love me. Just give me a chance, please."

"Jiron, it would be useless even if I'll give you a chance. I don't want you to expect for nothing." Kresha replied.

"I've been in a situition like you do now Jiron. A one sided love? I know how painful it is. I don't want you to suffer like I do, It's better to tell you the truth than to tell a lies." Kresha said.

"You're might be hurt for now, but I can tell you. You will forget your feelings towards me someday. And the pain that you feel right now will slowly subside away." She added.

Jiron feel like someone clutched his heart. The pain is too much! He feel like he can't breath and he feel like his whole world collapsed!

She is the only woman for him! She is the only woman that he loved! But she don't love me.

Jiron closed his eyes to suppress his tears.

"Is...is... it bacause of ....him?" Jiron struggled to speak.

Kresha did not response. Yes it's because of him!

I do wished that I may find someone who is better than Lindon in this lifetime. I do wish that I may get over him. And I tried to avoid him but now, I changed my mind! Kresha thought.

She know that she still love him. And she's willing to take the risk!

At least this time, she know that Lindon has a special feeling towards her too.

He maybe hurt me for fifteen years, but at least in this lifetime, he did everything he can to correct all his mistakes.

Kresha thought about what happened at the Cafe.

It was not her intention to hurt him. She had blurted out those hurtful words because she was angry by that time.

She did not expect that Lindon would be affected by her words.

"If...if I am only a friend....I'm willing to accept it. All I want is your happiness " Jiron said. His eyes is full of loneliness.

"Thank you Jiron." Kresha smiled and get up from her seat. "I guess it's time for me to go." She added.

Jiron nodded his head.

Kresha left the park and headed to the Mo Corporation.

Jiron stay on his seat. He did not know for how long he have been there.

But he snapped back to his senses when the rain started to fall.

He did not know that someone is watching them nearby.

Eastwood Apartment.

"Where are they?" Arriene asked Jack on the other line.

"Currently at the park boss. I think they are talking heart to heart. And base on the guy's expression, I think he was rejected by that little assistant secretary." Jack replied.

Arriene smirked. "Alright, continue to follow him and tell me where he go." She said.

"Alright boss."

Arriene ended up the call. She smiled evilly as if she is planning to do something.
