After spending two weeks in Foosha Village, Garp knew it was time for him to leave. He had enjoyed spending time with his adopted grandson Neo and reminiscing about the past with his buddy Woop Slap, but duty called him back to the Marine Headquarters. He has received an urgent call informing him of to return to duty.
"Neo, I'm going to have to head back to the Marines," Garp said, as he packed his bag. "It was great to see you again, and I hope we can meet up again soon."
Neo nodded, feeling a bit down at the thought of his grandfather leaving so soon. But he knew that Garp had to go back to his duties and responsibilities. He might not be able to meet him as the Great pirate era will start soon.
"Grandpa, I plan to head out to the seas after a few years." Neo informed Garp.
"Guhahaha brat, you are so impatient. Keep training daily and become stronger if you want to travel freely."
"You will need a powerful crew if you want to cross the reverse mountains, and it is very dangerous," Dragon added. He quite liked Neo and they had a lot of conversations and debates on the state of the world. Neo's maturity and awareness amazed him and his determination to change this messed up world also increased.
"I'll keep that in mind and start looking for trustworthy teammates." Neo assured them.
"You can also join the Marines, you can go straight to the Grand Line on Marine Ships."
"Dad! We have to leave now. Neo is sensible, let him make his own choices." Dragon picked up his luggage and headed towards the dock.
"Hehe, Grandpa I will meet you in Grand Line." Neo hugged Garp.
"Hmphh, Don't become a pirate else I will have to give you a visit and take you to Impale Down." Garp said while patting Neo's head.
"Hehehe, You have to catch me first," Neo spoke out his inner thoughts and as a result, had to suffer Garp's, tough love.
As Garp made his way out of the village, Neo decided that he too needed to leave. He had been staying in the village for two weeks now, and he felt it was time to explore other parts of the East Blue during his return trip.
He bid farewell to Makino and his friends in the village, Makino was very sad that Neo was leaving the village but became happy when Neo gifted her a beautiful dress before leaving.
"Big Brwader! You must come back soon."
"Yes I will come back soon. You must take care of the village and the others."
Neo boarded his ship and sailed off to his next destination Shells Town. He will travel all of East Blue in order to expand his business in the future.

Shells Town, 1498
Neo arrived with his crew in the iconic Shells town, which is a small port town located in East Blue, the town is surrounded by lush green forests and mountains, and it has a mild climate with a cool breeze blowing in from the sea. The town is named after the abundance of sea shells found on its beaches, and its economy is largely based on fishing and seafood. Shells Town has a modest population and features a few local businesses, including a tavern, a general store, and a marine base.
The streets of Shells Town are narrow and cobblestoned, lined with wooden houses and buildings. The town square features a large fountain and is a popular meeting place for the locals. Despite its small size, Shells Town is a lively and welcoming community, with friendly locals always willing to lend a hand to outsiders.
As he walked around the town, Neo came across a small bar where he noticed a young man with a unique dressing sense which piqued his interest. In the dimly lit bar, that man was wearing a flamboyant purple coat and a matching hat sat in a corner booth, his legs crossed and a glass of whiskey in his hand, and seems to be completely engrossed in a book he was reading. His face is partially obscured by the book, but his bright blue eyes are visible as he scans the pages of the book. His coat was adorned with gold buttons and elaborate embroidery, and his hat was adorned with a peacock feather.
As he sipped his drink, He was not like anyone else in the bar. His posture is rigid, his movements precise, and he seems completely indifferent to the rowdy conversations happening around him. It's almost as if he's in his own world, completely oblivious to everything happening outside the pages of his book. Despite the flamboyant appearance, the man exuded an air of confidence and sophistication, as if he was a person who knew the world and had experienced it all.
As he sat in the small bar, he seemed to be enjoying his own company, lost in his own thoughts. It was clear that this was a man who had stories to tell, and secrets to keep, and he was content to keep them to himself for now.
Neo approached the table and the man looked up, when he saw a child he didn't get annoyed.
"Hello, My name is Neo Garcia. Can I have a seat?" Neo asked politely
"Ken Nightshade, nice to meet you Neo. Please, have a seat," Ken replied, gesturing to the empty chair across from him.
Neo sat down and ordered a drink. As he sipped his drink, he couldn't help but feel curious about this eccentric man in front of him.
"I couldn't help but notice your unique style," Neo said, gesturing towards Ken's coat and hat. "It's quite bold."
Ken smiled wryly. "Well, Neo, let's just say I like to stand out from the crowd. I believe that life is too short to blend in with everyone else. Boldness is what sets us apart from the rest, my dear boy. I find it's best to stand out in a world full of monotony. Besides, a little bit of eccentricity never hurt anyone.", Neo nodded, impressed by Ken's confidence and individuality.
"What do you do for a living?" Neo asked curiously.
Ken took a sip of his drink and leaned back in his chair, looking thoughtful. "I suppose you could say I'm a traveler, Neo. I would like to wander and explore the world, to see new sights and meet new people. I've been to many places and seen many things, some good and some bad. But it's all part of the adventure."
Neo was intrigued by Ken's answer. "That sounds amazing! Have you been to any exciting places recently?"
Ken chuckled. "Well, I just arrived here in Shells Town not too long ago, but one day I plan to traverse the Grand Line, exploring the mysteries of the New World. It's a dangerous and unpredictable place, but full of wonders and treasures beyond imagination."
As the night wore on, Neo listened intently as Ken regaled him with stories of his life and his adventures, and the two of them developed an unlikely friendship.
