8 "Olvia's request"

Yamamoto looked at Olvia and said, "What is it?". He really didn't know what Nico Robin's mother wanted to talk about, since the previous owner didn't have much of a relationship with her.

Before Olvia could answer, Yamamoto noticed that she was still holding Robin asleep in her arms so he interrupted her, "Wait, let's go to one of the bedrooms so you can put Robin to bed."

Olvia nodded gratefully and they went to one of the many rooms on the ship, as she put little Robin to bed, Yamamoto sat down in one of the chairs in the room, "Well what do you want to tell me?".

Olvia sitting on the bed while looking lovingly at Robin replied, "I would like to know if we can leave Robin on an island in West Blue, which is on the way to Warship Island."

After long thought Olvia decided it was best to leave Robin away from her and the archaeologists as they would be hunted as criminals for their entire lives by the World Government, although it pained her greatly to be separated from her daughter she believed this was the best option for her.

"I suppose you have some acquaintance who can take care of Robin" Yamamoto said.

Yamamoto instantly understood Olvia's request, he even knew that in the previous attack until the last moment they didn't want Robin to be linked to her.

"Yes, on the trip I had these last two years, we went to this island to get supplies and I made a trusted friend" Olvia replied with some reluctance in her tone.

Yamamoto after a few seconds said, "You yourself heard from Spandine that they wouldn't let anyone from Ohara go even the villagers, if they know someone from Ohara is on that island they won't let them go free."

Yamamoto knew that if their very flashy marine ship was seen making a stop on this island they will do a thorough investigation and who knows if they end up massacring the island's inhabitants to silence about the buster call or any information leak, or just for having connections with the archaeologists.

"Yes it's true... but you killed everyone in CP0 no one knows Robin's identity!" Olvia said.

"Besides if we do it with caution I don't think they will notice, most likely they will pay more attention to the escape ship, that will give us a chance" she added

*What shady things are you saying quietly...* thought Yamamoto while scratching his beard.

What Olvia was saying could be accomplished, this marine ship had several boats that they could use to send Robin from a greater distance and if they do it during the night it was almost impossible for the navy to find any relation of them to this island, so it was feasible.

After analyzing it for a few seconds Yamamoto replied, "Are you sure? You haven't seen your daughter for two years, I think she's smart enough for you to talk it over with her, she can even read poneglyph."

"What?!" Olvia exclaimed surprised at Yamamoto's claim that Robin can read poneglyphs.

"Cof talk too much... anyway talk it over with your daughter, I don't think she wants to be abandoned again. Be a responsible mother" Yamamoto said as he stood up from the chair.

"I'll see to it that nothing happens anyway," he added as he left the room and closed the door.

Olvia remained seated with an incredulous face because of Yamamoto's words, even so, the last words comforted her in a certain way, she began to think that maybe she could live with her daughter and at the same time investigate the poneglyphs together with the other archeologists and in the future her daughter, as long as Yamamoto protected them all.

"These people... abandoning a daughter so easily for the slightest difficulty" Yamamoto grumbled as he walked down the hallway looking for a room.

*Damn I'm getting to be a cranky old man* Yamamoto thought.

Finally he found a room and jumped straight into bed, falling into a deep sleep from the great fatigue he had accumulated over the long, strange day.

The next day, daylight entered the room and went straight into Yamamoto's eyes. Opening his eyes with difficulty and some discomfort from the sunlight, he got up from his bed with a sleepy face.

*So it's not a dream* Yamamoto thought with a faint smile as he looked down at his wrinkled hands.

Yesterday could be considered the craziest day and where he felt the most adrenaline in his whole life, it would be a pity if it was all a dream, "Or maybe I'm in a vegetative coma... it doesn't matter" Yamamoto whispered shaking his head and heading to the deck of the ship.

*This body is slow... I must get stronger and get more years of life* Yamamoto thought with some annoyance when he finally reached the deck of the ship.

Although his speed matched an average marine or pirate, and his physical strength could surpass them, his vitality was very low only having 5 years of life, making him notice his low stamina.

On the deck of the ship were several of the archaeologists, who upon seeing Yamamoto greeted him with a smile, Yamamoto returned the greeting with a small nod.

"Oh hi Yamamoto, how did you sleep?" said Saul who could only stay on deck to sleep.

"Luckily fine, but it seems it's not the same for you" Yamamoto replied.

"No problem dereshishi, it's always like this I'm used to it" Saul said laughing.

Before he could converse further with Saul, he felt an attack head straight towards his head from a distance. Neither he, nor Saul could react to the speed of the attack.

BANG!

The attack, which was a ball of light, directly hit Yamamoto's head. However, he was unharmed!

Finally one of his critical block cards was activated, which luckily were passive and when they detected a deadly attack towards the host they would activate.

*What the hell, I almost died! Who did it?" thought Yamamoto, a bit nervous about being on the verge of death, yet the expression on his face remained unchanged.

Saul was also surprised by the swift attack to which he could not react and which he saw clearly as it hit Yamamoto's face. What surprised him more was that this old man was unharmed and with an expressionless face as he looked up.

When Saul looked to where Yamamoto was looking, he could finally see what the attacker looked like. His face turned into an ugly expression, as he noticed the 3 figures rising in the sky, not far from the ship.

*So that attack was Kizaru's... although he must still be a vice admiral like Kuzan and Akainu, the other one if I'm not mistaken... is Zephyr* Yamamoto thought as he looked at the 3 people who were getting closer and closer to the ship.

As for the third person he had no idea who he was, Zephyr he remembered since his movie was one of the only ones he saw from One Piece, although his appearance was different from when he faced Luffy, it seemed that he had not yet defected from the navy and still had his arm.

Noticing the rumbling caused by Kizaru's attack, Clover, Olvia, Robin and the other archaeologists made their way to the deck and as they saw the people coming closer and closer in marine fatigues, their expressions became nervous.

"Mother will we be alright?" asked Robin with some fear in her tone as she hid in Olvia's leg.

"Yes don't worry" Olvia replied with a smile as she looked towards Yamamoto who had the same unchanging expression as always.

"Ara ara I really thought that attack would catch him off guard" Kizaru said from the sky with his usual lazy expression.

"Don't be reckless, that old man defeated 5 vice admirals" Graydle said with some disapproval in his tone towards the young Kizaru.

Before Kizaru could answer him, Zephyr interrupted them, "Stop chattering, we'll get this over with quickly." He looked at Yamamoto who so far made no move and prepared to launch himself directly towards the stolen ship.

Yamamoto was really surprised that in a single day they had made it from Paradise to the West Blue, it seems that the World Government took the issue of the poneglyphs and the Void Century very seriously.

Saul noticing the position of Zephyr who was about to launch himself towards them said quickly in Yamamoto's direction, "That's Admiral Zephyr, he is very powerful, we must fight together to defeat him".

The archaeologists upon hearing that they had sent an admiral to eliminate them began to have less hope of being able to flee.

"Take charge of protecting the ship" Yamamoto said.

*Activate the 50% strength card...* Yamamoto ordered in his mind, although it was a pity to waste another one of these cards, he had no choice, since he was about to die and he knew that Saul was no match for Kizaru, let alone Zephyr.

Again, one of the cards broke into many pieces and from it came out flecks of hellish red color that quickly entered Yamamoto's body filling him with incredible power.

*It feels good to be back in this state* Yamamoto thought as he slightly bent his knees.

From one second to the next, he disappeared from his place and soared at an incredible speed using Shunpo towards Zephyr and the others. When he reached Zephyr's side he concentrated all his power on his arm and struck towards his abdomen.

PUM!

Zephyr managed to block Yamamoto's fist, but was sent flying many meters. No one could respond to Yamamoto's explosiveness, not even Kizaru who relied on his light speed. Proving how incredible Shunpo was and that Kizaru was still young.

*What is that technique?* Kizaru thought somewhat surprised when he saw Yamamoto very close to him and Graydle.

*Tsch doesn't look like he was hurt much by that punch* Yamamoto thought with some annoyance, he knew immediately that the strength of an admiral must exceed the average of 50, reaching an average of 60 and above, so it would be a very difficult fight.

Luckily, thanks to all of Yamamoto's experience and his very different techniques from those of this world, he knew he had a chance to stand up to Zephyr. However, it was better to get rid of the flies that might be disrupting their fight.
