An explosion resounded, and countless nearby buildings were instantly destroyed, turning into ruins.

"Shield Reinforcement!"

Boom!

Aerie's fist slammed hard onto the round wooden shield in Loki's hand. The ferocious shockwave scattered upon contact with the security.

Prince Loki quickly retreated, leaving a long trench in his wake. "Huff, huff, he's as rough as a wild beast! Golden Ring, Aerie!" Prince Loki panted heavily, his arms trembling slightly.

In just one hour of battle, Prince Loki truly understood what it meant to face a monster. No matter what injuries he inflicted on Aerie, he could instantly recover. 

His body had unknowingly become as hard as iron, impervious to any attack. Even his already formidable strength had gained a tremendous boost. 

Also, even with his reinforced shield, that surging power couldn't completely stop the force of Aerie's attacks.

Aerie patted his body, tearing apart the tattered upper garment and exposing his muscular torso.

"Hehehe, I didn't expect Dr. Vegapunk's research to be this powerful. Even with the lowest-level modifications, it has brought me such immense amplification. I wonder how powerful I'll become when it's perfected."

Aerie smiled and confidently approached Prince Loki, his raging aura continuously emanating from his body. The fluctuating power of his awakening distorted the space around him.

Prince Loki felt the ever-increasing pressure and frowned deeply. "What the hell is going on with that guy?"

He knew there was something unusual about Aerie's abilities, but now it was clear that it was more than he had anticipated.

"Damn it! How is that guy so strong?" Prince Loki held his shield in one hand and his longsword in the other, slightly bending his posture.

"Tenfold Strength Reinforcement!"

Buzz!

A strange light flashed, and the muscles of Prince Loki's body rapidly expanded visibly.

"Crescent Slash!" With a furious roar, Prince Loki swung his longsword down vigorously. A massive crescent slash flew along the ground towards Aerie.

"Tsk, don't you know this attack won't work on me?" Aerie extended his right hand, grabbing the massive crescent slash hurtling towards him. He then exerted tremendous force and redirected it into the sky.

Buzz! A blinding blue light erupted as the gigantic crescent slash exploded mid-air, shattering the clouds.

Prince Loki's attack did not affect Aerie, and he took advantage of this brief moment to enhance his speed, moving at supersonic speeds to escape the battlefield.

"That monster, in my current state, I can't defeat him! Damn it! Alice, that wicked woman! She lured such a monster into this country!"

At this point, Prince Loki had decided to temporarily give up on the throne of this country and prioritize saving his own life.

Aerie chuckled as he watched Prince Loki quickly flee, disdainfully sneering. "He ran away. What a disappointment. But running won't be that easy!"

With a "whoosh," Aerie disappeared from his original position and appeared directly in front of Prince Loki in the blink of an eye.

"What?!" Under Prince Loki's incredulous gaze, Aerie's long legs, infused with the force of impact, viciously lashed out at Prince Loki's abdomen.

Bang!

"Ugh!" Coughing up a mouthful of blood, Prince Loki was sent flying even faster in the direction he had been retreating.

"Hehe, your mission isn't over yet. How could I let you escape?" Aerie once again disappeared from his original position and reappeared by Prince Loki's side, stepping on his chest.

"Cough, damn it!" Prince Loki gritted his teeth in unwilling anger. As the prince of this country and the future king, he couldn't accept being defeated like this. 

However, in the face of such an overwhelming difference in strength, no amount of unwillingness could change his fate.

Ignoring Prince Loki's futile rage, Aerie grabbed his hair and dragged him towards the castle.

"Hey, Demi, I've dealt with my side. How about you?" While dragging Prince Loki, Aerie took out a Transponder Snail from his pocket and made a call.

"Mu, huhu, I've also taken care of my side. It's quite surprising; this princess has so many powerful guards."

Demi stood amidst dozens of male corpses, holding Alice by the neck while speaking on the Transponder Snail.

"Cough, cough..." Alice, being held by Demi, coughed painfully. She recognized Aerie's voice coming from the transponder snail.

"Hehe, since it's settled, let that guy start moving. Remember, ensure he behaves properly and doesn't cause any accidents. This is a crucial plan for Captain Rox."

Aerie warned Demi with a sly smile.

"Mu, huhu, understood, understood. Leave it to me!" With that, Demi hung up the transponder snail.

"Hey, Rufus, it's your turn." Demi turned to a man not far behind her. He wore a cowboy-style yellow and blue tailcoat, a large round hat, and a face mask.

"Yes, Miss Demi." Rufus approached Demi and covered Alice's forehead with his palm.

"Now, it's time for my performance."

"How should I create a wonderful memory for this beautiful lady?" A white light radiated from his palm, penetrating and piercing Alice's mind.

"Ugh! Ah! Ahhh!" As the white light pierced Alice's mind, she trembled violently, letting out a painful howl that echoed throughout the room.

Demi stood by a pillar, wearing a smile on her face, watching Rufus's performance in awe.

"Mu, huhu, what a creepy ability. Captain Rox has all kinds of monsters under his command." Demi praised with a sinister smile.

"Hehe, thank you for your praise, Miss Demi. It's always been an honour to serve under Captain Rox."

In no time, Rufus removed his palm from Alice's forehead, wearing a gentlemanly smile.

"Well, my mission is done. Now it's up to you and Lord Aerie." Rufus slightly bowed and saluted before slowly exiting the room, disappearing from Demi's sight.

"Ugh..." With a soft groan, Alice slowly awakened from her daze. She sat up and looked around in confusion.

"Why am I here? What happened? Right! Father! Quickly, Lord Rox, find Lord Rox! My royal brother, Loki, killed my father!"
