Gets two wishes when going to the one piece world and his second wish was him making characters from naruto who are going to be crew members..... should or put crossover or naruto in the tags thought this was a one piece rpg fanfic. If you want characters from naruto to be his whole crew then I guess this is for you? Idk

What a waste of wishes, why do you want to have other people be reborn who may or may not be able to use their powers in a foreign world? Having a system is can be good, but it is also limiting.
