Ryu was suddenly awakened by the sound os the system calling him.

Luffy put his hand over his head and looked at Ryu with a puppy face and said."Baka Aniki I'm showing I'm a man and not afraid of pain so Shanks and the guys will take me on there journey."

Ryu looked at Luffy and shouted ."They are not taking you and even if they take you I am not gonna let you go grandpa will kill me."

Shanks who was looking at the duo amused looked at Makino asked: "who is Luffy's grandfather?"

Makino replied with a chuckle"Garp"

shanks were shocked."Garp the Fist?" he shouted to which Makino nodded her head.

*few mins later*

Ryu was sitting in a now empty bar while eating food and chatting with the system.

and Pheonix: Ice Fruit is a mythical Zoan fruit that Grants the user the ability to turn into a full ice phoenix form or a hybrid human Pheonix form. Also grants user manipulation over frost and ice.

Ryu is advised to eat this fruit and train it within the next few years.

** 9 years later **

Flashback to what happened during these 9 years.

-The plot progressed like normal cause our mc did not interfere shanks lost his arm and gave Luffy the straw hat. He also gave Ryu his den den mushi number when he asked for it.

-Garp took Ryu and Luffy to Dadan and they met Ace

-Ace tried to kill Luffy a few Hundred times and Ryu saved Luffy a hundred times.

-Luffy was abducted and later saved by Ace and Sabo and Ryu.

-Ace, Sabo, Luffy, and Ryu became sworn brothers.

-Sabo died at least that's what everyone thinks.

-Ryu trained and mastered his devil fruit power and Haki.

-Ryu trained his Observation and armament Haki to mid level 2 and his Emperor's Haki to peak level 2

-Ryu learned the way of the sword with the help of the system and became a mid sword Apprentice

-Ryu collected a few million System points (system points are the points that can be used to purchase goods in the shop.)

-Ryu learned Tempest kick, Moonwalk and shave to level 3

-Ace set sail to become the Pirate King

-! day later Ryu set sail

**Present time**

Ryu was headed towards the harbor cause he wanted to be prepared for the execution of Ace and he wanted to train his crew before heading to the grand line.

At the harbor, all the people in the village were gathered to see Ryu off.

and at the foremost was Luffy crying his eye's out ." bye big bro ill see you in Grand line" shouted Luffy.

" see you in grand line little bro," said Ryu.

Ryu turned his attention towards the sea king that was guarding the island.

The sea king opened his mouth and rowed at Ryu and got no reaction.

It was puzzled most of the time when it came out the humans will try to escape or cry but why is this little human so different?

Ryu used a little bit of Emperors Haki and knocke the sea king out.

Luffy who saw this had stars in his eyes"soo cool."
